I cannot really make comments on their food, but their shakes and drinks are awesome. Definitely someplace you need to take the kids any summer night, or any night for that matter.
We had just came back from a long drive from fort Morgan and we showed up at 11 and waited for 30 mins at the drive thru. No one ever said anything. There was a line behind us, and they just left after a while. Eventually we just left, but there needs to be more staffing, because it looked like there was one person working there. Honestly, it probably was.
Went to this location twice and both times we were told that the ice cream machine was down when we ordered milkshakes. Our last visit was May 29,2022 ordered a milkshake and of course was told machine was down while we waited to get our order noticed the two cars ahead of us both got at least 3-4 milkshakes. What happen to the machine being down? At least come up with a better excuse and make sure when you tell someone it isn’t working that the cars ahead aren’t given any. Learn some customer service also.
Don't waste your time here. Waited 45 minutes while our mobile order was "in the kitchen" just to be told our order couldn't be completed because the ice-cream machine was broken. Couldn't they have told us at the start? Employees sure were having a good time laughing and playing around while we waited.
Worst sonic ever! Order is never correct and they always have an attitude. The speaker was down and they just let people sit there and was inside laughing and talking. They didn’t know how to ring our order up so they didn’t make it. Then after waiting they told us to order it on the app. Will never go to this sonic again!
First we went thru the one of the drive thru spots and it was so tight I hit the sign on my right a bad scratch ripping my door handle too ok so I thought it was my fault at first so we decided to park and sit under an umbrella. We began to notice several of the drive ins were also ripped off frames hanging and noticed it wasn't just me they were built so tight. So here comes the food, our food was a disaster the excuse was they were having issues with the ice cream machine. My mother in-law got a banana split and as you can see when she opened it it spilled all over the place but we could barely suck the shakes thru the straw. We complained to the manager we asked this young girl why would they serve something like that we found the best thing to do was explain the situation and gives a choice for something else. In all my husband had never been to Sonic and the first experience there was awful . I gave a star because I had to but it was not deserved.
I ordered on the app but when I arrived all the lights were off at 10:45pm, their posted hours say they are open until midnight. I happened to see an employee taking out the trash and asked about my order. They were out of tea and took a minute getting the pretzels I ordered. People were still trying to order through the drive through but were being ignored. I understand if they are understaffed and need to close but please don't allow an order to complete and charged through the app if the restaurant is closed or is closing soon
Wanted to give zero stars..... no option for that....I sat at a stall waiting for 15 for someone to take my order when they finally came on the speaker they told me it was drive-thru only ,while they were serving people at the stalls........ wow NEVER AGAIN... This restaurant does as it wishes, they are frequently out of food items, they serve what they want.. if they don't feel like serving ice cream they will put a written sign on the speaker in the drive thru saying the machine is down.. they close whenever they feel like it, I will literally drive across town to avoid this store . The store is mostly ran by teenagers giggling through the ordering windows as well. Wh
Ordered the bacon cheeseburger combo w) extra Mayo and onions. The entire burger was ruined because of the sour taste of the onions. Sorry to say that this was very disappointing
