I ordered 2 blasts from Sonics. They literally just had the pieces sprinkled on top. I went throughout the entire cup and it was only vanilla ice cream. I informed them of this and they acted as if I didn’t know how they are supposed to be made. They brought another one out with Oreo and cookie dough pieces in the same cup still with little to no pieces of either one. Sonic has been on a steady decline for a while now but this is just sad and unacceptable.
Make sure to download the app then order through that. All day ls happy hour and they will send u discounts on items and cheaper drinks.
The strawberry shake was soo good hadn't had one in over a year and I also found out they sell bags of ice for 3.49 the good small blocks of ice. Thanks keep up the good work!!!!❤
I’ve been going to this Sonic for 5 years, these past few months have been horrible! Unfriendly and rude staff! Go this morning, I am the only customer there, pushed the button 7 times, watched as all staff sitting outside chit chatting! I attempted to call their phone no one answered! Continued to call and finally after the 6th time someone answered and I asked please explain why I couldn’t even order, she said nothing wouldn’t answer any of my questions!
I have had great experiences with Sonic a lot of times. I will never tire of seeing servers on roller skates like the traditional car hop days. That in itself is always great to see. Food is always good no matter the item.
Got the new dill burger. Had to come home take off the fried pickles that were very nasty. Add 15 of my own pickles and mustard to cover the taste. The guy that took my order said solid 8/10. I'm not sure what he normally eats but that was a solid 1..

Always a good experience and consistent customer service and food. I will say that I once came by and tried to order around 10:30pm and they were not serving anyone else as they were closing early.
I always enjoy ordering at this place but what I really dislike is when servers often assume the change is theirs to keep without politely asking would you like your change???? This seems to be the trend nowadays and why sometimes if see no screen chance to pay with CC.Often if they read the oder back and offer my change back I will give at least a dollar tip back. One time I went in here I've been in there twice one time I had gone in there at the very first time, I had a such a wonderful experience with a bunch of the workers, I asked one question that led to about five people getting their heads together LOL it was a great seal it was great to watch and they really focused on team and customer I'll go here before I go anywhere else as far as whenever I need something that they carry you want to say good company check this Ace out for all your needs
