We love Smallcakes! They have the absolute best cakes and cupcakes around! My kids have such a hard time trying to decide whether they want a cupcake or ice cream. They love their option to have both in the same cup! Yum! I personally have to eat gluten free and love all the options they offer. Their gf chocolate cake slices and gf cookies are so so good too. The staff and owners are always super friendly and helpful every time we've been. Looking forward to our next visit to Smallcakes. :)
My real estate team used Small Cakes for a Client Appreciation event and it was a home run! Most delicious cakes I ever ate! We will use you again in the very near future!

This place is very unprofessional. I say this because I presented a picture of a cake to this shop 3 weeks ago at that time I was informed that the cake can be made. 2 days before my event I received a call from the baker stating that they were uncomfortable with making my cake after payment was made.

They made a cake for my nieces daughters birthday that looked like a child decorated it...shouldve offered her a refund but didnt care enough about the customer to right their wrong.
Not satisfied with the cake at all. Black is on the white part of cake and not supposed to be! The final finish on top was poor to say the least. Me and family all paid some for this cake . Thought it would be much better than this. At the end of the day I understand you may make mistakes and one would think , they would like to fix these mistakes . Did they ? How about we were told to turn the cake around where it’s not visible . Look at the flat part of the top tier . Should I set the cake upside down ? Or should you just have fixed the cake ? I would say fix . Oh but it gets better. Then the owner lady that was helping my sister told her she could just leave the cake and not have one . Well I’ll let you decide what you would do. Me, I’m leaving one star . Fix this or it stays .
Very disappointed with Small Cakes! My sister ordered my neice a cake for her 16th birthday and gave a photo of what she wanted etc! When she came to pick up the cake it was not at all what was expected or would you ever pay for to say the least! When showing the employee the cake and letting them know the issues with their finishing product, their suggestion was to leave it there (which would mean my neice would not even have a cake for her sweet 16) or their suggestion was to turn the cake around so the worst side faces the back.. I am going to add photos that were taken in the store in which I could never imagine Small Cakes would be okay with selling and even more allowing a customer to pay for that below standard quality cake. I will NEVER recommend Small Cakes again!
I will never use nor recommend Smallcakes again. The customer service is terrible. The cake they prepared for my daughter and her friends 16th birthday was horrible. When my friend ( the mother of the other girl) got there to pick the cake up, it was not even close to the picture they were given. The top tier was the wrong color and not centered on the bottom tier. She was told to wait as the owner was called. She was told to leave the cake. That would mean no cake for their 16th birthday party. They took the cake to the back and said it could be fixed and put black icing over the white and told her to turn the bad side of the cake to the back where it couldn't be seen. It looked as if a three year old had prepared the cake, which was completely unacceptable for the price they charged. The cake didn't only look bad, it was hardly edible with the icing almost an inch thick on the top tier. The owner nor anyone at the cake shop offered to make this right other than leaving the cake. This was a horrible experience!
