Great little place! Enjoyed drinks, wings and good conversation in a cool, cozy atmosphere!

We visited Richard’s Public House to have a fish and chips dinner. We all had a great time. The establishment is not huge, but has lots of outdoor seating to complement the more plush indoor seating. It’s a little self-service; you place your order with a very pleasant person behind the bar, which is also where you get your drinks (free refills on soda). We sat outside and our food was brought to us, it arrived wrapped in paper (the authentic way). The large piece of fish was batter fried, hot, and delicious! The French fries were also great. A nice gentleman brought us a plastic bucket with everything we’d need: ketchup, malt vinegar, utensils, napkins, etc. Tartar sauce came with the fish. With friendly service, terrific food, and a nice environment that included indoor and outdoor dining areas, Richard’s is a definite must-stop place if you’re in Pensacola.

I loved it! The decor is really cute and cozy without feeling cramped, and the wings and the fish and chips were absolutely incredible! I wasn't the only one raving about how good they were too, other customers were when I first walked in. The staff were also super friendly and welcoming, and our wonderful bartenders made great drinks! I would definitely recommend checking this place out, it's a great spot to relax and play some pool!

This place is on the come back! Really simple and delicious menu. Love the granite bar top, and all the renovations. Parking cumbersome but soon will be corrected. Give this spot a good look!

Pleasant pub with flagship English ales on tap. Boddington was creamy and delightful. Fish and chips were comparable to a true English pub, all of our party were impressed.

My fiance and I tried this establishment for the first time tonight, and we ended up being impressed by the quality of the fish and chips for the price. We especially enjoyed chatting with the female bartender. The one thing I felt could've been upgraded was a beer list of some type. I didn't realize they had bottled beer until I saw someone drinking one, and when I asked about a beer menu our bartender named a few off, but didn't have an actual menu.

Very good fish and chips. We went at a weird time and it was very quiet. Had a few pool tables and seemed to have a well stocked bar.Likely be back for the fish and what appeared to be hand cut fries.

Being British I had to give it a try. Very limited menu of only 3 things so I chose the Fish n Chips. It was different. Authentic Fish n Chips should be Battered not Breaded. Husband enjoyed his wings. It was a pretty setting and we enjoyed being outside. I would go back for a drink and to enjoy the atmosphere. However if you ever start doing Battered fish I would for sure try that.

Popped in to try the fish and chips and look at the renovations. Inside was nice and clean. I love the patio area and food truck! Fish & chips were yummy! Reasonably priced and make quick.

great remodel. fish and Chips was very good. and of course the beer was nice. Queens Lager!!
