Amazing service! Ask for Sarah. She's wonderful. We're on an cross country road trip and she was kind enough to offer suggestions of what to eat. Sarah made us feel welcome and valued guests from the moment we talked in. The chicken tenders and fries were good. They came out quickly from the kitchen. My hubby enjoyed the salad bar and remarked that it had a wide variety of fresh items.We took Sarah's advice and ordered the cheesecake. It was delicious!!A great night all around. I hope the rest of our stops along the way are this good. We even called over Dewey, the manger to tell him about the great service we received. Kudos to you, Sarah!!
Our overall experience was okay. My daughter didn't like her pasta but my chicken was pretty good. It was extremely quiet so that was odd for a restaurant
Although we waited 20 minutes for a table the food was very good. For all the people there the place was clean.
The salad bar is back! Ruby Tuesdays was a standard go to for me pre covid. The service was nice and the food was good. We will be back.
I was not impressed with the food or service tonight. The menu has gotten small and pricey. The food was mediocre at best.It wasn't forth the time or money.

We were vacationing in Pensacola and decided to go to the Ruby Tuesday's in Warrington, Pensacola, FL on Navy Blvd. It was the worst experience ever and we definitely won't be back again. The host was very unfriendly and rude as he took us to our table. We had a young child with us, but was never offered a Child's menu. We had to go back to the host stand to ask for one. Our server was curt and rushed and acted annoyed. When it was time to order, one in our group ordered the chicken & broccoli but asked if the chicken could be fried instead of grilled. This is an option that every other restaurant grants without a problem. We were told "no substitutions could be made". Another in our group ordered the bbq chicken salad, but asked if the dressing could be on the side. Again, another option that is available in all restaurants we've ever been to. The server told us this was not possible as the salads are premixed. Really?!?! At that point, she did not want to order anything to eat as this was very upsetting to her. The server responded with "Fine" and grabbed the menus and left. We were not offered any other options. When the food was served that the others in our group had ordered, everything was so salty that the food was not edible. Our plates were barely touched. We were never checked on for refills on drinks. We were just given the bill with no offers for take-home boxes or asked if everything was satisfactory. No manager ever came by to ask patrons how their service was. We left the restaurant still hungry, depressed and angry at the lack of service, courtesy, professionalism, and edible food. How this restaurant stays in business is beyond comprehension. Again, we vowed never to come back to this restaurant.
Greeted and seated immediately. Server Tom was excellent and the best margarita!!! I will be sure to see him more often!!!
Its been awhile since I have stopped into a Ruby Tuesday. Location was the best part...right off the exit and not so busy. I was able to get my meal and head back on the road. Salad bar choices were great. Definitely need to come back when I am not eating so healthy. Waitress periodically kept checking back in. Restaurant and the restrooms were pretty clean.
Jack was fantastic and the food was great as always!
