One person in our party ordered fried rice. It came out much later than the other food and was brought to the table with a thick short hair in it. They immediately took it to the back and 2 mins later brings out a plate with part of the rice falling from where they removed the hair and brought back the same food. When brought to the waiter’s attention he swore it was new food and said we would be charged for it. The food was not eaten and was left on the table.??
Good sushi but the 10% carry out fee is pure nonsense. I spent $40+ on food just to have $4+ added for a fee. No more. I’ll find it elsewhere. So with the excuse of an add on fee being Covid-19??? With restaurants being back at 100% capacity for several months is this still a thing?? So when does the fee go away? Or is it like most things it’s a good way to make extra funds and blame old Covid-19!!
Always have a great experience here! My husband and I are in here at least once a week! Everything we’ve tried has been amazing! Just wish you had poke bowls on the dinner menu. Also must mention that Ray is one of the best servers I think we’ve ever had! Always look forward to his great attention to detail, his positive attitude and just overall exceptional customer service!
I just left this place. I didn’t even get to try the food. Stopped for a quick bite for lunch. 15 min to get acknowledged. 30 for a beer. One hour plus still no sushi rolls? I stopped the server and told her to forget it. I paid for my beer and lousy egg rolls which was $7 for a chopped up egg roll to make it look like sushi and left. I will never be back. I had only frequented occasionally due to connivence of location. Never again. Horrible service. Overpriced. Ambience is cliche and annoyingly plays the same songs over and over. No thanks.

First of all, I’m shocked at any reviews commenting about the price & quality being subpar because I 100000000% disagree! Everything we ate was freaking amazing (2 appetizers, 4 sushi rolls, 2 kids meals, 2 sides of rice) and I was surprised at how affordable it was, on top of being delicious! The vibe of the place is absolutely my cup of tea and our waitress was also spectacular. She made us feel welcomed immediately and was super attentive for the hour or so that we were there. We will DEFINITELY be back for more excellent food and service ?

I like this Beaulah location MUCH more than the Ensley. Everything tasted amazing. Music was a bit too loud. But it is a fun atmosphere. I wish they did poke bowls & cocktails.
Make sure you read your receipt carefully. They charged me 18% gratuity on a take out order. They don’t inform you of this while you are paying so I ended up leaving another tip on top of the one I was already charged in the price. Honestly probably won’t be ordering again.
food is consistently good and atmosphere is always great. staff is awesome as well
