The service was great & food was brought out in a timely manner.
Horrible burnt steak and shrimp fajitas (tire rubber),no tortillas for fajitas, soured and slimy lettuce, kids chicken fingers were so hard ( choking hazard) not good for a 2 yr old! The wait for food was a hour…no drinks were refilled and we seen like 5/6 different People Throughout the meal who didn’t even know what was going on! Not worth your hard earned money!!! Restroom Is NOT handicap accessible ?
Not the best place to eat. Went here on mother's day. Was sat in an area with no fans or ac with 2 young children. Service is horrid. Food was literally rotten and burned. Avoid this place.
I live in Pensacola and yet this is my first experience with Rio Bravo...I didn't know what I was missing! As you'll see in the pictures the portion of the foods is very generous. The taste and temperature is spot on.The entire staff and management are very friendly. The restaurant is much bigger inside than it looks outside.I recommend you request Sebastian as your server. Very attentive, personable, and knowledgeable. The menu IS overwhelming. It all sounds so appetizing.Kudos to Rio Bravo. I WILL be back!
Food was hot and well seasoned. Wait time was shorter than expected. Wait staff was attentive. Only complaint was chips/salsa seemed a little old (not. Fresh). Otherwise great visit!
Portion sizes are great, margaritas are lovely, and the employees are super friendly. Its overall a great atmosphere. My food is always delicious no matter what I'm getting. This place is a gem.
We choose to break our dine-in covid ban for the first time in two years and was sadly disappointed and even somewhat robbed by this establishment. The tamales were dry the enchiladas had very little sauce, but the very wet chicken assured they were not dry. The quesadilla was served rolled up much like a Swiss roll making it at best extremely awkward to eat. The chimichanga was burnt. The biggest disappointment were the hyper-overpriced hidden fee drinks. We are talking 25.00 a piece and they don't advertise, nor did they have displayed those prices and our waiter oddly did not clue us in until he brought us the bill! I think that is some sort of fraud but if that isn't then the 28% gratuity for 4 people had to be highway robbery. Our total was 198.00 for four adults who had each one drink apiece two large two medium and no they did not offer a small. Coud have gone to McGuires had 4 prime rib dinners and a beer and left a 35.00-dollar tip for what we paid for cheap food lousy service and getting ripped off 0 out of 10 would not recommend.
So good! The large margaritas are hugeeee and mango & tajin <33 Delicious. Food was soo good plus my waiter was cute ;)
Rio Bravo has been a go to Mexican restaurant for myself and my family for the last four years. There are a few servers who always recognize me and always stop to say hi! This past visit was for my birthday and definifely didn't disappoint. The menu is expansive and has something for everyone. I got the vegetarian fajitas-- super filling and the two for one margaritas between 2-7 are an awesome deal. Highly recommend!
Great Food/Poor service. First time eating here. Food was good. There was 6 of us, 4 kids and 2 adults. The bill was $109, I asked about a military discount and he took the bill and then brought me a new bill that now was $119, I asked why and he said they added a 18 percent gratuity. I think that's so wrong and uncalled for.
