Went through the drive thru today and the customer in front of me ordered two #4's. They told him they were out and he ordered something else. For fun I ordered the same thing and got it. The order wasn't right despite me repeating it three times when the screen didn't show it correctly. If you want to go somewhere, wait 20 minutes in the drive thru, have your order given to you incorrectly and feel like they're going to overhand throw your order at you, eat at Popeyes on nine mile.
This store shouldn't even be open. They only had the drive thru open for beginners. Then they say they are out of items, but yet they are listed on menu. My order was messed up and disgusting. How does a spicy chicken sandwich look like am they used a chicken nugget without breading. The workers were just standing around in the drive thru window area to include the manager (4) people total. We were thier yesterday at almost 6pm. We would have rated them a 0 if it was an option. Totally disgusted with whole experience and will not be eating thier again!!!! Stay away if you want good food and service.
We waited 15 minutes to be told that our food would take 25 more minutes to be ready... just for chicken sandwiches, and nothing special. We were offered alternatives and took them up on that instead of waiting. These alternatives turned out to be dry and overcooked. I love the franchise, but this one just isn't up to snuff.
I’m not even going to post my awful experience in detail. Lol Just shut the whole place down, or sell it to someone who actually wants to run a business. The employees here are trashy, rude, and unprofessional- even for a chicken joint. Bare minimum wasn’t even given. That’s putting it nicely. They are basically asking to be fired. We don’t need this place taking up space in a great area.
Popeyes almost always has good food. But the service at this location hasn't been good since my first visit. They're suffering from bad service like most fast food places but this is simply unprecedented and unacceptable. They didn't give me my red beans and rice that was ordered. And I had to remind them to get me my drink too.
Karla and the crew were awesome. They exceeded expectations. I needed to feed 30 construction for lunch with 2 hours notice and Karla, Michelle, Derrick, and William knocked it out of the park. 30 full box lunches in under 2 hours. Thank you to Karla and the team!
Last three times I visited this location were a disaster. The latest was 4/16/22. I ordered 4 spicy thigh pieces for $10. After a 15 minute wait in a dirty empty restaurant, I got my order. Checked my order before leaving and found only 3 pieces. Went back in to get my 4th piece. Guess what? No thighs so I got a breast. Once I got home I sampled my purchase.. None of the pieces were spicy. The thighs were the smallest I have ever seen. The breast was a back piece.Never again!!!!
2 people in the lobby caused them to basically shut down their drive through. After being asked to wait a moment, and over 5 minutes later, they still didn't respond to the drive through.
The kiosk said 10 pieces two sides five biscuits for $26.99. we ordered this the young lady said 12 minutes for chicken told her fine we'd wait then she said the order was $41 and some change I said ma'am the sign says 10 pieces family meal for $26.99 she says that's the price with just chicken....... That's not what the sign says....train your people better
Not even worth 1 star. This restaurant is literally the slowest one I've ever been to. I sat in line behind only TWO people for 30 minutes. After arriving at the speaker/intercom I was asked to wait for another 10 minutes before they actually took my order. After I placed and paid for my FIFTY DOLLAR 12pc Meal Deal I was then parked behind the two people who were originally in front of me. And then waited an additional 20 minutes for my food. It was ALMOST worth it. The food was actually good, as it almost always is, but it wasn't worth the money OR my time. I won't be returning. Try it at your own risk.
