I absolutely love the spicy chicken sandwich from Popeyes. That's usually all that I will get. However I wanted a meal and I had a coupon for chicken strips. I had gotten them at another Popeyes across town one time and they were bomb not so much today. They were small and barely crispy. They were probably old you might be thinking? I thought the same but that shouldn't affect the size. I did get macaroni and cheese as a side and that was delicious but I was really craving chicken. Should have gotten my sandwich.
Literally the rudest staff I have ever come in contact with… I’ve never seen anything like it. The manager is definitely leading that team because he is just nasty. Waited 30 min for fast food and everyone’s order was wrong. Just shut the place down at this point…
This specific Popeyes needs to be closed down. Rude, obnoxious employees, they will rush you even though there's not a soul behind you in the drive thru. Then get your order wrong because while they were so busy rushing you , they didn't practice good listening skills. Maybe instead of closing down, maybe a good manager would be the solution! These employees will challenge you once you get to the window too.....think I'm kidding?? Go see for yourself!
I tried to order my food via drive-thru I asked for 3 wings he said it will take 15 minutes for both spicy and mild. I said okay I wanted the spicy so when I pulled up he only gave me a mac n cheese and a drink. I waited at the window and he opened the window and he asked me why am I still at his window. I told him I was waiting on the rest of my order and he said I told you it was going to take 15 mins so he canceled my order. I ended up just leaving because he was so disrespectful.
Good grief this place was slow for 1:20 pm on a Thursday. Between placing the order at the speaker, which was a 5 minute wait to do so, to receiving the food, it took 15-20 minutes. Including my order, 3 cars had to park and wait for food from the drive thru. 2nd star is for the food being piping hot upon receiving it.
I don't know if it's the gas pricing killing the economy or what, but they give you the smallest chicken pieces. 11.99 for 3 small pieces. You have to be kidding and for them to do that to me 3-4 nights in a row. I'm done with this place and wish the best for them.
I ate here with my father it was okay. Very greasy, but they did have a good Mac n cheese. I highly recommend trying the mac n cheese, but the chicken is sub par. It’s went down hill from what I remember it being. I have definitely had way better chicken from other fast food joints.

The guy taking our order was RUDE, cut us off and wouldn’t let us complete our order. He just went silent and wouldn’t respond to us when we said “hello? Is anyone there?” multiple times. FINALLY someone else came on to finish taking our order. Then we were given our drinks, paid and then told to pull forward. Waited for 20+ minutes, had at least 6 cars order and receive their food after us, and then someone asks us if we ordered what they brought out (someone else’s order). We said that that wasn’t our order and then asked if ours will be ready soon. The response we got: “yup”. 10 minutes later, we finally got our food with no apology, nothing. I’ve never seen service like that before. Will NOT be going back to this location.
This location is horrible with taking your order in a timely manner. I’ve tried twice this week. It’s faster just to go to the location in Milton/Pace than to sit in line here. Finally got through the line at one point and they told me to pull around when there was no designated place to pull around to and then lobby was closed
No complaints about the food. I got a spicy chicken sandwich combo and it's delicious. The wait however was ridiculous. Two people in front of me and I had to park and wait fifteen minutes for my order. I ended up being late for work because of this. I get post Covid changed the world. I just didn't expect this drastic a change. I'll come back someday, hopefully the wait time wouldn't be as bad.
