This place 99% of the time gets my order right. The last time we visited, they happened to get my order wrong... And the manager handled it EXACTLY like a professional should! I hope that surrounding restaurants take note of the excellent service we receive at Popeye's on Saufley Field RD, they could learn a lot just by listening to how these Popeye's employees speak to their customers!! Thank you for fixing my order so promptly and professionally!!! Be back to see you guys soon!!

Doing great job. Had some service lapses a few weeks ago but last three visits there are great. Shows they are trying. Dine in is always a plus. Maybe Zaxbys will read this!
Omg this place is a rip off. 12$ for a 3 piece and I’ve seen frozen kids dinners have bigger pieces of chicken. I feel like I got robbed. I’m just gonna go the extra mile to church’s next time. They don’t rip me off again I work too hard for my money
I will probably not come back to this location the cashier tapped on my window aggressively and in a very rude way then said to move out of the drive thru as I was checking my order which turned out to be cold.I was completely offended.It was a terrible experience coming here.
I wént inside, after seeing 4 cars come and go they finally got to me when I spoke up. There was no line for cars waiting. They just prefer drive up to walk ins!
It was a nice place and clean. The food was great! I just don't like the higher prices.
The coupons and the app are finicky. The prices are WAY too high and the only thing I liked was the red beans and rice.
This is the worst Popeyes in the area… the staff had a line of people in the drive thru and decided to just stop taking orders and serving the customers 30 minutes before closing time
GOD AWFUL ATTITUDE !! The food is fine , the attitude of the store manager and one of her shift managers (very loud ) obnxious one is absurd . Also I dont appreciate waiting on food whilte the girl that works drive thru in the day time is making tik toks . One of the managers shut the lobby down the other night after being short staffed and then proceeded to call a customer a Cun.T for asking in a calm respectable tone if the manager knew "how much longer the wait would be " these hoodrats want 20$ an hour for mediocre service .. Ill go to Foosacklys where they appreciate their customers
