Went for the first time and they were completely rude to me. I could not hear her through the drive through and she thought I was ignoring her because I wasn’t responding but I thought she was just talking to a co worker because it was so muffled. I told her to bust a coupon but she said they didn’t have that type of count and that they were basically out of chicken and I would have to wait for it to be cooked which I told her that was fine she told me to wait a second ten mins later still had not returned. So I left and went to the older location and got in and out plus they were extremely nice.
Just got a 5 piece tenders meal. There was no biscuit in my box. Hardly any beans in my red beans and rice, I asked for sweet tea and got water. But still they charged me $15.00 I'm sorry i visted this store. And now they're closed so I'm stuck with some dried up chicken ? should have gone to Wendy's. And terrible customer service. I'm sure that they will go out of business soon. Chicken is way overcooked. Dry.
Ordered a 14 piece white/spicy on my way to work for my work crew(7 of us). Had to wait about 15 minutes but that was ok due to my order. Got to work and found I was only given 11 pieces. Called the store and made arrangements to get the remaining pieces but when I tried to ask the managers name I was hung up on. Tried to call back several more times with no one answering the phone. I understand things happen but this is happening quite a bit.
Horrible customer service. They use to be tolerable but not anymore. I see them going out of business soon. Got food there a few months ago and the red beans and rice had no beans. Chicken was over-cooked and dry. Had to wait forever to get it. Said I'd never go back but decided to give them another chance. So today, June 22 at 7PM, I called and asked if they had any specials and she said "No" and hung-up on me. Never again.
Never go here your order will be wrong. (If you do go here check your order before you leave.)If the mess up your order you will have to drive the incorrect order back to them probably so they can eat it themself I hope they don't sell it. Oh and they will need a recipt that they will not give you.With gas prices it will cost you more to get the food fixed they way you ordered it. The staff wont care.
We were greeted immediately! We ordered spicy chicken and was told it would be about 15 min. They gave us a drink for our wait and when we got our food it was hot and delicious! Great team of people!
The people that work here clearly don’t care. The woman who worked the drive-thru 04/30/22 around 1pm was so rude we just drove off. She cut us off after we only ordered one item and told us to pull up. We tried to get her attention and then she had attitude at the window when we finally pulled up. If you hate your job then get another one. Don’t be rude to customers because we’re interrupting your phone time lol. This place is a joke.
We arrived 15min. after their advertised opening hours (10am) but they told us they weren’t open and didn’t know how long it would be till they were ready to serve food. ?? It’s the most casual I’ve seen a business about not being up to standard. The employees did not seem to care that they were clearly running late. We were disappointed but it’s their loss if they drive customers away with their bad business ??♀️
Last three times I visited this location were a disaster. The latest was 4/16/22. I ordered 4 spicy thigh pieces for $10. After a 15 minute wait in a dirty empty restaurant, I got my order. Checked my order before leaving and found only 3 pieces. Went back in to get my 4th piece. Guess what? No thighs so I got a breast. Once I got home I sampled my purchase.. None of the pieces were spicy. The thighs were the smallest I have ever seen. The breast was a back piece.Never again!!!!
If there were an option to give zero stars I would. This was probably the worst restaurant that I have ever walked into. The person taking my order just said "hey watcha ya want" didn't say hello or how many I take your order or anything. I ordered my food, I had to wait for a side, as I was waiting for my food, the person that took my order and preparing my food in boxes had to step outside in the front of the restaurant to smoke a black and mild. He comes back in smelling of his nasty smoke, and continues to handle my food without washing his hands. He packages my food puts it in a bag, forgets things that I ordered and the sauces that I ordered. The store was dirty. There was nothing stocked in the lobby, had to wait for lids for my drinks and finally when I get home, my husband has a hair in the middle of his biscuit. This was a terrible experience and I promise I won't be back. This store should be shut down.
