My 3rd time here. Staff is always pleasant and food is fresh and the Dirty rice is back!! And When you get a chicken sandwich, this is what it's supposed to look like. Very tasty!!
On July 6 after 8/8:30PM..The lady who anticipated my order was amazing I don't know her name but she was not the cashier she was running the line it looked and handed the drive thru lady my order she knew what I wanted by being attentiveness while the lady at the window was talking to the car behind me
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We ordered online and drove 2 miles to pick it up...while I was there I purchased a gallon of tea...by the time we got home the fries were cold....the chicken was dry and burnt. The tea...the tea smelt and.tasted like asparagus.!!! I called up there and the manager said I'd have to bring the whole order back and she had no idea why the tea would taste nasty bc it's made fresh everyday. I was told I'd have to talk to the general manager or district. So I do not recommend Popeyes on Navy in Pensacola!!
I ended up getting food poisoning from them this past weekend. I had to go to the hospital. I got really sick. this isn’t the first fast food place in Warrington that got me sick so i’m cooking my own food from now on until I move back to East Pensacola. Popeyes was good only twice. The rest of the times, I got cold or lukewarm food that tasted like it had been sitting for awhile.
The staff was very nice & friendly. Which really means something. The food there is usually good and was this time.
The Navy Blvd store need proper customer service training. I believe it was someone in a management position who told me they had no way to scan the QR code that was displayed instead of a numerical code. After attempting to access a numerical code and getting nothing she decided to “just give it to me” for that price. Fine..ok. She ring it up mumble the total as she walk away to box up the order. Comes back..don’t say anything, hit a key on the register so that I can swipe my card then proceed to walk away without handing me my receipt. My suggestions for her would be to work on your communication skills, pull the extra long / unprofessional lashes off your eyelids and search for a job that does not require you to interact with the public. Just one big walking stereotype! Do better!
I understand staff shortages and I'm thankful for those that came to work but please keep the people with bad attitudes in the back. 2 different cashiers, 2 different times both superior of horrible customer service.
Arrived at door to gain entrance at 1008 am however door was locked. Upon looking through window I saw an employee eating , at this time I knocked on window and she looked at us and mouthed something showing her food, not realizing I don't read lips and couldn't hear through glass. She went back to eating and we went back to car and proceeded to drive thru. The clerk when asked about the door being locked during business hours and no note on door, stated in a surly tone she only did what her manager told her indicating in a rude, defensive manner that she didn't make those decisions. She refused to take a coupon which was expired even though I told her Popeyes coupons don't expire . I advised her to ask her Manager, she came back and said she only did what she was told and Manager stated coupon had to have code. We immediately went to Popeyes on Pace Boulevard in Pensacola, Florida and friendly staff helped after Manager keyed in discount and completed order for us in a very timely manner. Service Policy is plainly displayed as well as Heart Slogan, however the New Warrington Store has some serious issues, including but not limited to how they interact with customers and they are clearly not practicing your standards of customer service.
Customer service and professionalism is sub par at best. Food quality is one the worst of any Popeyes I visited in the states. Not worth the price.
My mom and I both got nuggets meals. The nuggets are actually pretty darn good. Real chicken and juicy. The fries were good as usual. The biscuit was kinda dense but still tasty. They don’t have a great drink selection. I will say after eating this we both felt pretty disgusting. Way too much breading on all the chicken. Next time I will get grilled or something if they have that. The people at this location are very kind!!
