This is by far the most eccentric Popeyes I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. The team their was one of a kind and extremely entertaining ???! I ordered several chicken sandwiches and a 3 piece dinner and the food was delicious ?! Can't wait to go back to this Popeyes the next time I am in Pensacola Fl.
They told me I had to wait 15 minutes because they didn't have enough spicy chicken, but I could get it after 40 minutes. They delayed my order even though they got new spicy chicken and processed other late customers' orders first.Also, staff spit in front of food and just wiped their hands on their dirty apron or pants.This restaurant was the worst branch of the Popeyes chain.
Friendly fast but the the lady taking orders was also on her phone while waiting on us. Not the company phone her cell
Hadn't had Popeyes in a long time. The family enjoyed it. I had a chicken sandwich which was very good. They were fast & got it right the first time.
Always hot and fresh food the store manager is one of the best around!
We had a bad experience at another Popeyes. Came here and staff were courteous and handled their business.
Both times I have been here recently, the food was always hot and fresh, and they have even had the spicy chicken. Both times the order has been placed through the mobile app.
Flounder fish order failed to meet Advertising standards: Fish lacks flavor, byproduct of minced meat and bread cruat. Buns stale, void of mayo, pickles inetiable, tough, rubbery to chew. Sandwich is trash.... REFUND!!!!
I went here one evening when I was hungry for some chicken and decided to give this place a shot. I enjoyed going inside and seeing all of the decorations that they had set up and learning how they pride themselves on their chicken. The food was delicious and this was a very memorable experience.
Their biscuits were dry and not fluffy etc.... I'll be going back to KFC to get my chicken and biscuits at least they have honey butter biscuits there and better Cole slaw it's a little sweet not like Popeyes it's so bland yuck.
