Definitely a solid pizza option for Perdido key. The crust is very tasty along with the topping. I’d definitely get there pizza again!
I love this pizza flavor. Just navigate around the fresh mozzarella as it may be too different. Order the Americana w pepperoni and not the “Pepperoni” The “pepperoni” has fresh mozzarella and may not be your type. ORDER AMERICANA w pepperoni for a more traditional variety. They are a fickle bunch but that’s because they care about making a specific pizza flavor experience.Read the menu carefully-it would help if they had pictures to choose from. The pizza cooks with a char on bottom and edges. This is really tasty. It does not taste overcooked. That is the brick oven and why the pepperoni get nice and crisp.
Based on the photos we were unsure about this spot. Once we stepped inside, was greeted by the incredible staff, and tasted the food, we knew it was a repeatable decision. The pizza is absolutely amazing. It's the type of pizza you can eat 4 slices and not be full, but also not be hungry afterwards. And while the pizza was delicious, it's the self-serve tap wall that will bring us back. It's by the oz, so you can have as little or as much as you want. The price point was killer and so was the ability to taste new beers without diving into a full 12oz. We will def be coming back for date nights. Thanks for bringing something different to the West side!
This place is fantastic. Pour your own beer at a very reasonable price. Amazing wood fired pizzas. I’m a huge fan and will be back often.
ABSOLUTELY amazing pizza! These guys do Neapolitan justice. Beautiful leopard spotting, super fast cook times, and! They give you a whole station to drizzle EVOO, Parm, and a good couple hot sauces (if you want to go that route). Add to it, the amazing and fun POUR system for beers! This place ABSOLUTELY ROCKS!
Pizza was good. A little floppy when fresh out the oven but firmed up a little when it cooled down. The crust was light so you can easily eat the whole thing. It had a nice char on the bottom. The sauce and cheese had good flavor. Overall pleased but at $17 for a single topping pizza that I can eat most or all in one sitting, it won't be my go to spot. More of a special occasion or date night type spot. Good pizza though. The inside is....I don't know how to describe it. It doesn't invite you in and make you want to stay. It's very open with wooden chairs for seating. The seating is something like you'd see at a food court or a deli. Not at all bad but not a pizza homey place vibe. Oven is awesome. I'd still recommend giving it a shot. The pizza is good.
Food was delicious. The pizza with pesto had great taste! I did not find it young child friendly. They did not have high chairs. My 3 year old is fine in a restaurant but needs a high chair. He has Down Syndrome and is a wiggly kid. He almost fell out of the bench several times. Made it very hard to enjoy the food. I understand not having them at fine dining but did expect them at a pizza restaurant. When I inquired I was told they did not have them and would not be getting them.
The pizza is amazing but the pour your own beer and the glass situation is retarded. We ordered tiramisu and they gave us two frozen blocks of it. I tried to pour this one beer and it came out his head every time and I had to pay for it. But the pizza was amazing so if you want really good quick pizza it's a good spot just get a soda.
Great pizza right out of the oven, it’s not a typical American pizza but it’s very tasty. The dough is so fresh and ingredients really have some flavor.Clean and pleasant dining area and the beer by the ounce is really cool.
Delicious Neapolitan pizza! The layout of the restaurant is very spacious and the setup is simple and relaxed. I first experienced Neapolitan pizza in Southern France back in 2001 and was excited to have it come to our humble part of the world. The crust is light and airy with a wonderful crisp to it. Heavy toppings are not really an option for this style of pizza as the crust is so light.Staff was very sweet and informed me that one pizza is usually enough for two people. But if you've got a big appetite, hoard one for yourself or you might go home hungry!Prices may seem high if you don't know what to expect coming into this place. The authentic, imported oven in the corner is what makes the pizza magic happen. If you're expecting heavy toppings and thick cheese, this is not the pizza style for you, but if you like to try bold and interesting flavours and a crust that's heavenly thin, give this place a try!
