I went to the store because the app said that my order was ready and when I arrived, they said the I will need to wait for another 30 mins. I ask for a credit for the delay and the manager came from back and voided my order.
Can’t give no stars but if I could I would! Ordered $80 worth of pizza, waited 3 hrs and it never came. Called to check on it and the lady that answered was rude and said it was already delivered, but we still had no pizza! Then was informed that they wouldn’t make it again!
Waiting over 2 hours for a pick up order for ONE pizza and one order of buffalo chicken bites... meanwhile one of the workers is out here having a smoke break... nice
Went in to pick up a doordash order. Stood in there for 15 minutes and was not spoken to! While 2 workers were just standing around looking at me!! Ended up walking out without the order

This is the second time ordering in the last month.... The employees do not care about the customers plain and simple. It's like they are inconvenienced by customers who want the food they paid for. Terrible service and a terrible product. The old days of delicious pizza hut pizza are gone people. There are so many pizza places that are better. EVERY other place out pizzas the hut........ Will not order from this store ever again!!!
Gina is one of the managers at Pizza Hut. I was pretty upset at first but Gina was able to resolve taking care of my order. I want to thank her for taking the time for dealing with me while I was upset at the situation. Gina acted very professional in the matter. This is the Pizza Hut on 9 Mile and chemstrand. Thank you for making a good customer service.
The pizza was made to my liking as far as aestetics. The issue I had was the taste. For some reason, the pizza sauce was more sour that I remember. I could not finish it. I really feel like there was a fundamental issue with the sauce as I order from Pizza hut regularly.
Our pizza was under cooked. The crust was soft and overall it was a very light color, not the rich cooked crust that we are used to.
My 2 order have been incorrect. Something has been forgotten both times or changes made I was not made aware of.
