If you haven't ate a sub from here you are missing out!! These are the best subs I have ever introduced to my taste buds.?? I will never get a cheese steak from anywhere else!!
Best cheesesteaks. My absolute favorite. The Philly bomb is the ?. Love it and onion rings are fye!!!! Everything is delicious and always wonderful customer service. We lived in Pcola for a while which is when we fell in love with this place. Now I live near Biloxi MS and will stop at phillies anytime I'm anywhere near pcola!
I have been a Philly’s customer for years and I usually go to the store on Creighton road but since it was later in the day and I live closer to the store on 9 mile road, I decided to go there. When I placed my order I asked the gentleman who took my order to please make sure there was very little sauce on the meatballs. As I was watching the young lady who was making the meatball sub I saw that she had a pitcher of red sauce sitting by her on the counter so I went over to her and asked her to please not put any sauce from the pitcher on the meatballs. Her tone when she talked to me was very rude and she rolled her eyes when I repeated my request because I had a mask on and she didn’t hear me the first time I spoke to her. When she was putting the sub in the bag with the rest of my order I thanked her for making it how I asked because my mom has a medical condition which flares up if she has a lot of sauce. The young lady paid no attention to what I said and I realized it was because she had some type of ear buds in her ears and she was having a conversation with someone. I am very disappointed at how I was treated in this store, the food was excellent as usual but I will not go back to the Philly’s on 9 mile road due to the terrible customer service on the young lady’s part.
Bruh Phillys has ALWAYS had the best Philly cheese steak in Pensacola. This spot is legit forreal. You can get it any way you want it but the BEST way is just straight up meat and cheese. Delicious as always with this spot. 5 stars NO DOUBT.

The staff was wonderful, the food was good. 3 stars for the company itself, they were way understaffed and items were forgotten. Had they been staffed properly I bet they would have been perfect!
1st time diner. Cheese steaks were really good and hot. We both ordered the Philly sandwich with cheese, onions, green peppers and hot peppers. Good ratio of meat to melted cheese. Bread was slightly toasted and with the hot fresh French fries made a really enjoyable/ filling meal meal.
