Amazing cheesesteak at great location. I ordered with the topping and it was loaded and the meat was cooked perfectly. The onion rings were great. I’ll definitely stop by again.
Ive always been a huge fan of the cheese steak bomb here. They have a plethora of other sandwiches that are delicious besides the cheese steaks as well, I'd recommend the meatball Parm. You can also find a nice variety of fatty fried sides that are golden and crispy with some tasty dipping sauces. All in all this place has always been a really good sandwich shop and I'd give it five stars if my wallet didn't cry everytime I ordered a combo.
An excellent sandwich joint. Cheesesteaks are real good this side of Philadelphia (it's all we got in these here parts) and the Old Fashioned Italian is served either warm or cold (I happen to like the taste of Jersey Mike's Italian a little better, but just a little). The Orange Cream fountain drink keeps me coming back. Philly's counter and grill team operates like a fine jeweled watch ... great guys!
These are hands down the best cheesesteaks in the South. I've eaten lots of cheesesteaks in Pennsylvania, and these are the exact same sandwiches--the owner is from there, so it stands to reason. The fries are fantastic, too! They have opened a store in Pace, so that's where I buy them. You won't be disappointed.
Simply good hoagies. I had the chicken philly and loved the fresh ingredients. The fries were good and fountain drinks not watered down like some places do. You know who you are! Was there anything to warn you about? Not really. There was a bit of a wait but nothing crazy. I’m glad I stopped in.
Always a pleasure dining here, or getting our sandwiches to go. We have never had a bad meal here. And it's the ONLY place in town, that I've found, that serves Pennsylvania Dutch Birch Beer pop!
Want to feel like you are in Philly? Take a trip to Philly's. The rolls are what make the sandwich. As soon as you walk in you know you are going to get a great sandwich. The absolutely BEST cheesesteaks in town, hands down!!! Great job Philly's. I've eaten at all three locations and the food is the same at all three. You need to stop in for a great sandwich.
They don't call the cheesesteak the BOMB for no reason! If you haven't had the Cheesesteak Bomb you're missing out for real. The staff is always friendly and fun also. Only thing missing is delivery, but then again it wouldn't be a treat when I do get over to this side of town. Highly recommended!
I live in Columbus Ga and everytime I visit my son in Pensacola, we always eat at Philly's. They have THE best sandwiches. The staff is super friendly and fast. Eat here if you get the chance. Hell make it a priority! You won't regret it!
If you think you can't find a quality cheesesteak in West Florida...... THINK AGAIN! Fully loaded with tons of choices for toppings (hot peppers, bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, lettuce, tomato & more). The staff was OUTSTANDING... Beau took my order at the front register and made sure I got the full "Philly's experience" and was super helpful in helping me decide what to order. Fries were exceptional, cheesesteak was Philadelphia authentic & again, service was unmatched. I don't spend a lot of time in Pensacola but whenever I come back I will be sure to make a special trip to Philly's!
