Can I retract my tip? Good grief you would think pouring a pre-made, frozen drink is the most complicated process known to man. I gave generous tips for the service received and yet the bartender still has the audacity to give me attitude when answering simple questions about turning on a heater when it is 50 degrees in Florida? If you hate your job that much, maybe you should find a different career. Thanks for the generous happy hour! Appreciate the extremely rude comments and judgmental stares. Highly recommend the drinks though, good bang for your buck.

Our favorite bar in Pensacola. Kristen crushes it and the drinks are amazing. Honestly I’ve NEVER had a frozen cocktail as good as the ones they make. Great concept, awesome set up.

Who serves a frozen wine in a plastic cup for $12 it's junk taste like? take ur business elsewhere and get a real drink or step up ur business. This is a cantina bar at best and drinks are better elsewhere on palafox!

They have good cocktails, but I got ignored for a very long time tonight. I placed a food truck order, got my beeper then came and sat at the bar and waited, while three people behind the bar seemed to not acknowledge me, which is hard to do because I had a cute dog that was attracting lots of attention from their customers. They all ignored me. Finally one guy came over and went to a young woman next to me that I had been talking with about how slow they were. She told them I was first. Very unprofessional. I have no problem with the prices of the drinks, the atmosphere is great and convenient to the food trucks, but the staff including manager are not in tune with the patrons. It wasn't that crowded. It's an open air cocktail, very cool atmosphere, but the staff ruined it for me.
Thought this looked like a nice place to relax and have a drink, but it took way to long to get our drinks. When we visited there were three bar tenders who I believe were a lot more interested in having a good time. This includes the female bartender who seemed drunk and the male who spent all his time flirting with customers. The elf appeared to be working, but I never actually saw him get anyone a drink. Hope the owner sees this review!
