I ordered some cream cheese rangoons on doordash today, they were so bad I couldn’t even eat them. It tasted as if the cream cheese went bad, they were incredibly sour. They also always forget to put sauce in the bag. Who orders teriyaki and doesn’t want teriyaki sauce?
I know what you're thinking. 30 cars in line at chick fil a, I'll just get panda. Trust me, even with an empty drive though, panda is slower. Always out of something and have you pull around and wait 20 minutes with no one else behind you.
Extremely rude. Terrible communication. First 2 times they answered the phone I could hear everything going on but no one was talking in the phone. 3rd try someone finally acknowledged me , I mentioned the first two phone calls , he let out a loud sigh, and repeated sounding annoyed "what can I do for you" . Had the same friendly attitude for the remainder of the conversation ? lovely
This was my best Panda Express visit! Tyler and Bobby both help us out for our big order. They were very helpful and having a good time. They also talked to us and we’re very happy. I really hope you give them credit for this!
If I could give no stars I would! I have gone back several times trying to give them another chance but won’t be back after today.(Panda Express nine mile road) Not only did they not get my order correctly but the food taste like it had been sitting out all day!
Good staff but my honey walnut shrimp tasted uncooked and was a bit soft and chewy. The only thing that was fresh was the Teriyaki chicken and that's because they just cooked it and I got no teriyaki sauce. Everything else tasted like it been sitting out for way too long. I gave 4 stars because it's usually a place I go to often but they been struggling lately
It was ok. Disappointed that right after they filled my plate they refilled the chicken container. :( so I know mine wasn't as fresh as it could have been. They have definitely decreased the amount they give per meal and increased the cost by making more items "premium" items and charging more for them. They had many people working there.

They always have a limited menu. Always out of there best selling items. To top it off I checked my order and as usual they forgot a part of my order. Food tasted like leftovers.
I was the only customer at the lobby and the young man at the front asked to take my order and before I was able to speak, he took a phone call and completely dismissed. I waited and fortunately as I was ready to walk out, Olive, acknowledged me and proceeded to to take my order while multitasking in a very efficient way. This young man again, kept on interrupting this helpful young woman who was more efficient than him. He is a black man in his early 20s who is clueless. All these took place around 2pm on Wednesday, October 27, 2021. Kudos for Olive.
