Just went the lady was nice, the food was awful tasted overcooked burnt rice, wife said her chow main noodles where rubber. The orange chicken was just nasty. Normally it’s really good, but today it was awful and on top on the food being bad, they also where having maintenance done, that itself is understandable, I don’t understand why they where standing on the drink counter, completely unsanitary.Spent $50 on nasty food, will not be returning
Food was hot and delicious! I ordered the Orange chicken with the Super Greens. So good! Will def order again! Sorry I forgot to take a picture. I just devoured it! Lol!
Enjoyed my visit at this Panda Express. The employees were great, very friendly and helpful. The food was hot with great taste. We be will be back.
Love, love, love the steamed veggies. Simply, a good healthy alternative to the "burger huts". Options for a quick drive-thru or choose a no frills table meal inside or outside. The kid meals are hearty portions, too!
Eat here often but mistakes are constantly being made. After leaving you are stuck with the wring order. Anything fried should be asked to be cooked fresh, it gets mushy. Overall we like the place, but mistakes happen to often in my opinion. The drive though is were most mistakes happen
Worst customer service ever. Stood 5 min and not one worker acknowledged me. Stood the while the 2 young ladies talked about guys they were dating. Finally one looked at me and just said whats your name? They didn't even know if I was a new customer, or had a question. Than they didn't even know where my order was and when they found it they told me it be 5min because my food wasn't ready. Than someone in drive thru complained about a hub cap being in the drive thru and both girls ran out just to look for amusement as the what looks like the manager went to go get it. Than when my food was ready the girl didn't even look at me and stared off into space and just handed me my food. Overall bad experience.
They don't mention any specialty items... till you check out. A plate for 3 entrées is listed for $10.... some change. At checkout we was charged extra 2× $2.50.... I ended up paying over $16 plus tax.... very disappointing. Food was ok but for that price I expected more!
The food here is terrible! It was lukewarm to the table so it had been around awhile. The chow mein dry. Fried rice dry. The rangoon all pieces were fried open and tasteless. Nothing was seasoned. You think something in a sauce would have SOME flavor? Small portions. I got 3 pieces of steak in my whole entrée. And that's the up charged black pepper angus. Recieved no fortune cookies in the order either. Was walked away from while ordering. The workers here are more concerned about hooping and hollering in the back or standing here on the line talking about people and cussing openly than they are about making the food or servicing the customers.
If you order anything here and are expecting to get enough sauce think again. You will either have to argue with them or pay for more sauce, no matter how much meat you have or how many meals you order. Not only do they expect more money for sauce that should already get for free with your meals, but they will charge you using "refill" charges for drinks. That tells you that they should not even be charging for the sauces in the first place. Terrible customer service.
Been to this location multiple times. Service is varried by shift. Had to ask to be served while standing at the counter, had my entire family served, lady at the register tried to ring her up. My wife said my husband still needs to order. When the server comes down, "you shoulda cone to the register, uh, you start by the noodles and rice but okay. Today, was taken back by the abrupt interuptions on the drive through speaker, they heard the wrong item, then when my wife corrected it, was told "well you gonna have the juices still on the plate". Uh, no, you make a new plate. Likely not to use this location again.
