Terrible service. Travelled 3 hours for some good ramen we both heard about in Pensacola.Boyfriend got his ramen, he has a fatal shellfish allergy, even for imitation shellfish. Menu did not say shellfish was in the ramen.Let the server, Chris H., know after we saw there was shellfish, and he said “all I can do is take it out”He took out the imitation crab, stuck it in the microwave and served it back to us. What?! We just told you he is deathly allergic to shellfish and imitation shellfish. The whole dish is soiled and you microwave it? I know if I did that at my job, I’d be immediately terminated. If my bf didn’t see that crab, he could’ve possibly died.
I love this place! It's always my first stop when I get off the plane.
