I’m a huge foodie person, I enjoy going to new places and trying new foods and leaving reviews for others. This establishment was Fabulous. They where smiling, so kind, laughed with us and just an overall great atmosphere. The food was delicious and so was the desert. We will absolutely be coming back for more!
My favorite casual meal in Pensacola. The spicy tuna melt is to die for. Also love the green chicken chile soup. Everything is homemade. Don’t forget the carrot cake.
Nice cozy little spot. We dined outside. Unfortunately I don't believe they're were any booths inside or out. Food was fresh, very authentic tasting. Service was good.
Absolutely loved this place. They crushed the New York deli side of the house. Absolute best sandwiches I have ever tasted. The Reuben was to die for. The pizza was good but not great. I probably won't go back for pizza but I will definitely be a frequent flyer for their deli. Great service and a quick to go section make this a must try!!
About the quality you can expect the other sandwich ordered was a Ruben instead, I recieved corn beef sandwhich with mustard. Used to be much better place to eat. No idea what that burnt stuff is on the pictured French dip.
The restaurant is located in an adorable old house-the patio is comfortable. The service was attentive and we were served our food promptly- here is the reason for our rating: 24 hours post meal Illness. We ordered the chicken salad plate and roast beef sandwich (cold). Our other 2 meals that day were eaten at home. Pretty sure the sandwich was the culprit, but of course, can’t be 100% sure. So sorry to report this but it seemed important especially for vulnerable populations. (We are septuagenarians and would like to last at least 10 more years!!!!)
Just stop reading and come eat!The Cuban in the best in Pensacola. I know because in my 10 day trip I have eaten at every location that has advertised serving a Cuban.I will say that this one looked the least appealing but looks can be deceiving. It was delicious.I went with the summer pasta salad as my side, it is seasoned with mayonnaise and dill and complimented the pickle and mustard on the sandwich perfectly. The picture I added may look a little off from what you may receive, I ordered to go but then decided to stay and have a beer so your plating may be different.Enjoy.
First visit read the reviewsHad pastrami and the corn beefHuge portions. AmazingWe split themI loved the pastrami moreSo lean tender and melted right into my mouth. The corn beef was good but for me could of been sliced thinner. Still lean and great tasting.Hubby loved. Potato salad goodLoved the picklesNo room left for dessertHave to go back again soonPrices reasonableSandwiches were huge lots of meat if I remember around 10.99 each i think100x better than any sub shopLoved the rye breadI got full watching all the Italian food walk past to other tables whoa looked incredible
Had a light supper with a friend and enjoyed my chicken salad sandwich. Really unique setting in an old house.
Quaint restaurant with amazing food! Staff is very nice. Kelsea our waitress provided excellent recommendations. We ordered the French Dip, with a side pesto pasta, the Twin Towers pastrami on roll with a side of the antipasto salad. Knocked our socks off! The antipasto is a meal on its own and awesome full of flavor. You won't leave hungry as the portions are good size. Bring your appetite and savor the flavor. Also, the prices are not bad especially for the quality of what you are getting. Wish I could give more stars because they knocked it out of the park.
