I tried a classic mac n cheese and a philly cheese steak (pictures below). The Mac n cheese was VERY underwhelming. It tasted like the cheese came from a can and the noodles were over cooked and mushy. Then they add a garnish on top to make it look better. ?I think they use the same 'melted cheese' on the sandwiches because the Philly sandwich tasted just like the Mac n cheese. I don't think I'll be going back again. I can spend $30 on something that tastes better.
This is one of my favorite food trucks in town. I have enjoyed everything I have tried. The cheese curds are always a must when I visit.The owner really cares about the customers and the quality of their experience. If you have not tried them, then please do because you'll enjoy it.

My family and I went to the Habitat for Humanity food truck event this weekend, and y’all this place was amazing! We got the Mac n cheese and funnel cake fries to start with! The funnel cake fries were great! You get this small container of Mac n cheese, but it weighs a ton, like 2 pounds. After walking all around, we ended up back at Melt for a Philly cheesesteak! Y’all! Oh my goodness! Heaven! I can’t say enough good things!

This was my first time eating here and it will definitely be my last. Too expensive for the dry food they serve. I got a chicken bacon ranch melt and it was so dry, even the cheese. I literally had few bites and just couldn't finish. Even the bacon was not cooked all the way. Bacon was limp and chewy. Also got a cup of Mac and cheese which was extremely dry as well, my daughter wouldn't even touch it....
Like why?!?!? This is all i wanted to eat in my 12 hour work day and hair was not part of my hunger…
Ty is the man, if he's working he will get you right. Food and service is great. Ill come back.
This is a really fun airstream “food truck” in the Garden food court on the corner of Palafox and Main Street. The food was made fresh and prepared within a couple of minutes and we were not disappointed. The classic melt w/three cheeses was 6.99 and the loaded Philly fries was 9.99. A good experience for sure! Definitely try it out!
