We ordered pork dumplings, spicy beef bulgogi + spicy pork belly bulgogi. Everything was super delicious, large portions & super quick. Service with attentive & awesome. We will be back! The kbbq renovations are still in the process of being completed, but regardless of that, service & food was great.
They updated the place. They do not have regular menus. We still were able to get stuff that wasn’t with the all you can eat like the eggs rolls. They now have a conveyor belt to put the hot pot food on. Some stuff like the meat and eggs are not on it as it doesn’t stay long. Other then that you don’t have to wait on the items. They are getting more busy so it will be a little of a wait for drinks etc. Most places are struggling to hire people so it’s understandable. They do work hard and I do see more people working at this place then in the past.
DON'T LET THE BAD REVIEWS DETER YOU! Super good hot pot. All you can eat (2 hours max, more than enough time) for $25.99 a person. They have a conveyer belt from which you can grab your unlimited items. The only thing that's not unlimited are the orders of meat on the plates. You get 5 orders of meat max per round (3 rounds max) but my party of 4 couldn't even finish the 2nd round because we were so full. MAKE SURE TO GET THE BONE BROTH- IT'S THE MOST FLAVORFUL BROTH OPTION. Also ask for soup spoons!I knew it was going to be authentic food because there was only one server running the entire restaurant haha. Great range of options and portion sizes. Will be returning many more times with other people!! Thank you guys!Some ways you can improve how you do hot pot as a business:-Provide bigger bowls for customers-Provide soup spoons so they can drink their broth (don't wait for the customer to ask you for them)-Use thinner pork belly cuts. The ones you guys have are better for KBBQ.

Took the family in for Korean BBQ. After we ordered and they brought our drinks we started to ask about how the Korean BBQ worked. We have have it in Korea and China but wanted to know how they did it. Then they old us that they do not have Korean BBQ. They had a photo of Korean BBQ in the window and the name of the restaurant has BBQ in it. The yelp listing has "Meat 2 Korean BBQ & Hot Pot - Pensacola, FL - Yelp" Unforgenly I did not read the reviews and was just going off of the name. I told them we came in just for the Korean BBQ. They did not offer to cover the Soft Drinks. I did not make a fuss and just paid it and left. The drinks were not mixed correctly so we threw them away when we got to the other restaurant. What a waste of time and money. Correct your media listings. We drove 20 mins to come to them and had guests. We will not make this mistake again!
BAD! The food is not good here. I just do not understand how they can serve food so bad. It isn't very authentic Korean also. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the customer service was good.
Second time here and was not disappointed! Had the all you can eat hot pot meal and was very satisfied with the range of options and size of the portions
