Since we got a late start for dinner on Father's day. Stayed at the beach too long. LOL. Every restaurant had close to 2 hour waits. So what the hell went to McDonald's with my wife, daughter, mom, dad, and brother. And it was great. Foos was actually very good and so was the service. I actually don't go to McDonald's ever because the ones back home suck. This one was great.
They keep closing the lobby early and saying it's because of understaff but they have plenty of staff they just don't want to keep the lobby open we caught them in the middle of trying to lock it this evening with customers inside and one girl that worked here said don't do that so then the 2 younger guys working there turned around and didn't lock doors but only because the female employee said not too. These excuses they are making is because they dont want open lobby due to their own laziness.
For the second time, first being last summer for my family member, second time last night for myself, both times a dead fly was found at the bottom of a caramel latte and for me I actually sucked it up into my mouth with the straw! Absolutely disgusting!!!!!
Very helpful and fast. Placed the order through the app from the parking lot. Walked out of the restroom just in time to get my order.
Terrible service. Toilet clogged with no sign on the door warning of this. Burger bun looked as if a bite was taken out of it
This review reports a surprisingly negative experience I had at McDonald's store near the OWA amusement park in Foley, AL, on 3/7/2022.*I entered the store around 5:50PM and went straight to the cashier to place my order.*Nobody was at the cash register at that time.*After a 2-minute wait, a very young staff member (she looked like 16 or 17 years old) came to the cash register, never acknowledged my presence there, and put a 3'x3' sign in front of me, showing that orders should be placed on a menu kiosk.*She turned around and started to walk away.*I called her back and asked her if she'd seen me waiting for assistance.*Her only reaction was to point to one of the kiosks.I was appalled to say the list!What a quick and efficient way to lose a loyal customer!I don't know how long it takes and how much it costs to McDonald's to acquire customer loyalty, but I've found out how long it takes to lose one.
Absolutely terrible. Went with my girlfriend a few days back. When we first got there I had to repeat my order to the lady 5 times because she was to busy messing with another co worker. Pulled up to the window and waited 10 minutes before we were helped. Then we were finally given our food. Instead of giving us a large fry they gave us a kids fry. So I comeback through the drive thru to explain what happened. They got real mad that we came back. Then the older lady said she would just give us a medium to make up for it. I never got the large fry. I wasted roughly 25 minutes between both trips. And the food was cold when we ate it. (We ate in that McDonald's parking lot) it's not like we took it all the way home. I would give it -5 stars if possible.
Great experience. Staff polite and no long wait; my order was filled correctly.
Curbside is a joke. We waited 15 minutes. I went through the drivethru and asked where my order was and was told to pull up to the next window. My Big Mac was inedible, the fries were soggy and Luke warm. Disappointing and a waste of money.
Don't expect much. Was told to hold on at the second menu, I left after the second person skipped me on the first menu. Note I was the only one at the menus to start. Definitely will not go to this one any more.
