I come here almost daily, whether I am eating or working. A good portion of my business comes from here. I believe the only problem here is that they are short staffed. So, it's understandable if they are running a little bit slower than you expect. I have had issues with some of my orders before, but nothing too bad. I believe that they just need a few more employees to help keep up with the busy times.
Terrible service. 4 times explained a simple 3 item order. Nothing special. Told me to pull forward & wait. Watched all the cars behind get there food & go. I called them, no answer. After 15 min, I hit my horn, somone came and asked me what I was waiting for? Unbelievable! Gave me a bigger size fry, for my trouble. I won't be back.$10.60 for a qtrpounder, reg. chzburger, med fry!!
Tried out there order machine, everything went smoothly since its similar to others until I got to the end. They weren't really clear about the number section. And even after I figured it out, I still had to pay upfront? Like why even have the machine then? Fries seem bland like it was unsalted (they may have given me someone else's) and there was no ketchup available (had to ask the staff for that too). Other than that, food was good, staff was friendly, restaurant was very cleaned, and I love that they do the $1 drinks still. Price overall was good too.
Customer service was great! Food was also good, and the lobby was very clean. I see other bad reviews but the person at the register is new and thus service has improved. Our family was also given a free apple pie due to the hashbrown coming out behind our food.
Everything in our order was bad. Fries were soggy, chicken nuggets overcooked, and the burgers bad. We were honestly worried we would end up with food poisoning from the burgers. I don’t know if it was one of the toppings that had gone bad, but the burgers had an off taste to them. Definitely recommend avoiding this McDonalds. It’s also super busy because it’s right off the freeway.
I have always McDonald's. Monday afternoon in Pensacola on Davis Hwy., I paid right at $28 for three of us to eat. Can no longer afford to eat out. The food was delicious, as always, just way too expensive.
Youngsters got the order wrong but the manage stepped in took care of us thank you to her you are awesome and just thank you thank you for being nice about the whole situation that was just totally awesome thank you for taking care of me and Richard I appreciate it these are my old folks and they love McDonald's so that's where I take them thank you to the manager at that McDonald's you are awesome
Dustin you will do great things! Talking back to your customers will get you far in life. I expect if I come back to this store you will be just like the homeless guy talking to the tree outside..
I'll start with the positive. I ordered a quick and easy double cheeseburger bundle and a large coke. My fries were hot, and in their bag(mostly). My coke was good, no coke on the outside of the cup(you'd be amazed at how often this happens in the drive-thru). Customer service was ok. No smile or enthusiasm, but no rudeness either. Now the bad. It's never nice to see the person at the window scratching their nose then handing you your food. My double cheeseburger looked like a five year old made it while watching TV. The cheese was half on the patties, of course melted just enough that you couldn't move it to correct location. The patties were half off the bun, at least this was fixable. There was almost as much ketchup as meat. It was everywhere inside and outside the bun. It made it very inconvenient, and defeated the purpose of a drive-thru. It was warm, but by the time I was able to pull over and make it edible on the go, it was not. Overall not a great experience.
Ordered double quarter pounder meal and 3 kids meals. Got 2 kids meals. The fries were way under cooked and both patties still raw in the middle. This isn't the first time I had issues with this McDonald's but it will be the last for this location.
