The 5 stars were not for the restaurant. It's the same as any other McDonald's. These 5 stars are for the gorgeous big tittied manager that was shaking them all over the place. Made my visit that much more enjoyable.
Horrible. Waited at drive thru while 2 cars went through other lane. Placed order on app and finally got tired of waiting and drove to window. Nice young lady took care of us and then as we drive forward she hollered to the back to get their act together then we waited too long for ice cream and when the guy brought it to us he said they accidentally dropped my cone in the machine and the machine broke. Seriously? He offered substitute but let's be real, no substitute. But could give refund, needed the card. Hello, that's why I used the app. So no cone, no refund. I guess it's just $2 but a bit annoying.
Food was actually good this time. Fry's were not soggy or cold.Saw a few customers giving employees a hard time for something trivial. Manager did a great job of handling it.
It's the third time my order has been wrong, I can't go back to correct it everytime.Edit: This is my final time eating here, the burger they gave me was pink.
I was told to pull forward to wait for my order which is fine with me except when they brought out my bag of food the fries were old and stale, the nuggets were cold, the burgers were just thrown together and didn’t feel very fresh either. Not sure what they did to my food when I pulled forward but I will never go back to this place again. The entire store looked to be staffed with teenagers. Granted it was a bit late approximately 8pm and everything in Pensacola closes early like 8pm. So annoying. My son asked for an ice cream cone and I paid for an ice cream cone. When they brought out the food the girl didn’t have it in her hand. She went inside and came back out with a cup stating they were out of cones and she also said they were out of spoons and straws!!
Big Mac's were thrown together by preschooler's and the fries were cold and soggy. I had to use my air fryer to salvage the ?. My 80 year old mother was so disappointed! Please train your staff to take pride in their work to deliver a better product. I will think twice about getting takeout from this place. So not worth the money spent ?
I love the fact McDonald's has one window, always open, taking payments and the other preparing drinks and food and a different person passing the food and drinks out the window. It was disturbing prior COVID to have the same people taking the money, preparing the drinks and then passing it all to you. There is a problem. I would not mention it had it not been consistent. I continue getting errors in the products received. There seems to always be something missing. Condiments, fries and a few times a burger. When calling back, the manager offers a replacement, but, who wants to drive back to the location, that day, or that distance? I think if your people error in the order, to accommodate the customers, something more than the item needs to be offered in addition to allowing you to return at your convenience. All in all, they are nice, courteous and it appears, clean.
I've been living on this side of town for over 30 years, but when did they start training employees to hand your food out of the drive thru window with no bag? C'mon man if you're employees don't want to do their jobs then I suggest you hire a team that will. Your customer service needs alot of work
They handed me my drinks with soft drink syrup all over the cup and didn't bother wiping it off. I had too...i all for napkins to wipe the syrup off before placing the cups in my car cup holders. They also had to come out to my car to ask what I ordered after asking me to pull up away from the window. When they finally brought out my food, they had to ask again what I had and almost gave me the food for the car behind me.
As packed as it is this particular McDonald's is it is controlled Kaos. The drive through is always packed but they seem to get us through expeditiously. The food is always hot, fresh and tasty. The young folks working the drive-through are very courteous even when they are messing your order up, lol. They can't be perfect all the time and I am very pleased with the service. Great job folks,,,
