Very rude, deliberately dropped my sauce on floor then handed it back to me. Expected me to use it still. They made our ice coffees without coffee. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a McDonald's. My daughter found a hair in her sandwich. I spent $40 and I regretted it. Terrible customer service. I ask for dine in they put in a bag.
This is supposed to be a quarter pounder with cheese. Not happy with the service. The people at the windows are not nice, never say thank you or greet you. Thus location has gone downhill dramatically in the last year. Won't ear there again!
I ordered 2 chocolate shakes with my meal. They came out vanilla and when I asked the associate, her reply was "that's the way they come out". Wrong......someone isn't mixing right. She was rude and didn't bother trying to make it right. If I could give a no star, I would.
Best mcdonalds we have had in a long time. The order taker was great, made our day. The person that took our money was very friendly, the guy that gave our food to us didn't speak but was still polite. And the food.... the food was fresh and everything was right! Excellent all around.
If I could leave 100 negative stars I would. I beg people to never go to this McDonald's again. First. They never give you ice in your drinks because they fill up their drinks and leave them in the window so they can get them out quicker. Do I get home and not only have a warm coke, there is no carbonation to put my own in it. Second, they never fill your fries to even the top of the cardboard. And the sandwiches are the most poorly cooked and put together I've ever seen at a fast food restaurant. When you call and give them a reasonable complaint, they tell you they can't do anything unless you bring back everything you bought on the receipt. Or they cannot do anything for you. Please do not ever go to this McDonald's and please tell everyone on the ferry pass area the same. That manager should be fired and should never hold a position of upper management for ANY company if they want to be a successful business.
Burnt cinnamon roll. All colored people are the employees. Not even friendly and gave you attitude if you don’t order at their kiosk. They are just too lazy to do it in the counter even when it’s not busy. Long colored fingernails ewwww
Got a slushies that tased like mold and me and my husband have been sick and that's the only place we ate from. I won't ever go back...concerned about food safety... definitely have signs up everywhere hiring
This location is terrible. The last 2 times I have been there have been awful. Today was awful. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger with ketchup only. It was upcharged because they added extra bacon, and they still put mustard and pickles on it. When I asked for a new one, the manager had an extreme attitude about it and said this is how I asked for it. No ma'am it was not. She just walked away and started making someone else's order. Another gentleman had to assist me. The attitude the manager has is terrible. The last time I was there they charged me 2 times for my order. I told the manager I'd already paid AR the kiosk and she insisted I didn't. So I had to go back and get a refund when it did intact charge twice. She was not nice about it and blamed ME after I already told her I had paid. I honestly won't return to this location. The other staff members seem to have their attitudes in line but the manager is so unpleasant.
If you can't train your staff to give a dang then make your managers work evenings.It's ridiculous the number of times I have been missing half of my order or told they don't have something without being offered a refund. Call "customer service" and get told "well it's hard to find good staff right now, Johnny's a good manager". Yeah, okay. Again, figure it out or have "Johnny" there during operating hours.
Clean restaurant. No counter help had to order from touch screen. Do miss someone taking my order. This store as a traffic light to get in and out making time accessible from both ways on a busy Davis high way. That's a definite plus. The employee that brought the food was very nice and smiling.
