The prices have increased a lot, but the service has decreased. I waited for 10 minutes before someone asked me what I wanted to order and I was the only one in line. It is really sad.
I love this location even though they get my order wrong 5 out of 10 times I look forward to the free apple pies I get as a "sorry bout that" gift!
Absolutely the worst fast food service ever!!!! Ever since they put these stupid machines in where you can order your food they’ve become more slower than ever and not to mention when you go up to the register they take forever to come take your order Seems like fast food it’s just getting worse and worse every day
Everytime I go here they mess up my order, today we sat in the drive through line, told her I wanted a double quarter pounder with extra cheese and bacon meal and a coffee, after we paid for the meal we waited 30 minutes for our food in the line, and she brought us the wrong order and told us to come in and get it fixed, when we went inside she took our receipt from us (the same girl from drive through), we waited 15 more minutes thinking she was fixing it, as the 15 minutes go by, she comes out with a bag about to walk out for the drive through line and asked if we gave them the receipt and if theyre fixing it and I told her she was the one that took our receipt to begin with and she walked back to check and brought us our food, the fries were saltless, and my double quarter pounder with extra cheese and bacon came plain as hell, and the bacon barely looks cooked.
Good place to get a quick bite to eat. The service was fast and efficient. The food was exactly what you order with no surprise.
I've had only great experiences at this location (N Navy Blvd). The drive thru moves quickly even when they are busy and the employees here go above and beyond. My orders are always accurate, even with special requests. Today the frozen coke was defrosting when I came to get my pickup order so I got a regular coke instead. When the machine defrosted, the employees noticed I was still in the parking lot and brought me a frozen coke anyway. So unexpected and kind, thank you to the workers here.
The milk shake machine is perpetually broken. I live close by and have tried to cool off with a nice cold milkshake on many occasions only to find the machine is yet again broken. Then wind up driving in the place 3 doors down for a Cheesecake shake to cool off.
My daughter and I ordered quarterpounder deluxe w/ frappe and LG fry a fish meal LG coke LG fry, two big Mac meals with LG fry, coke. Both big Mac meals have I don't know what those are for burgers. They are so thin it looks like the patties were slivered. They are so thin you could actually see through the patties. You couldn't even taste the meat. I have never had that happen before. I have pictures of this. And then to add insult to injury they were partially burnt. It leaves a new meaning to where's the beef.
You go there and have to order by machine. But they have no one there to explain how it works. I'm a senior citizen with no knowledge of this modern stuff. So I left.
First drive-thru window didn't take the person's order ahead of me until two cars on the outside drive through. she had to say something and then I drove up to the window hollered three times after waiting and waiting and waiting finally drove through the drive-thru said y'all are not waiting on window number one. oh we're sorry what do you want?
