Went in, ordered from screen, told to take number and receipt with a different order number which never printed. Stood waiting for order for about 20 minutes as other customers walked in complaining about their drive-thru orders (wrong/no food, long wait times, etc). Tired of standing so sat down at the cleanest of the nastiest tables in the dining room. After sitting for another 20-30 minutes began a conversation with a fellow dissatisfied customer about the poor service and uncleanness of the establishment, whom then asked to speak to a manager, when a HOMELESS MAN THEY HAD ALLOWED TO OCCUPY A BOOTH TO SLEEP had awaken long enough to attempt to excuse the employees' inadequacies by stating "they opened late today". As if it were alright to neglect & disregard customers' orders because they can't arrive at work on time. Needless to say, we left after waiting for nearly an hour & never receiving any of our order. This location is a complete disgrace to the McDonald's name. Instead of spending the money to upgrade to electronic ordering screens it would be better spent on demolition permits to tear down the disgusting place.
This was my first time stopping at McDonalds for a meal. I always thought McDonalds had unhealthy food. Their food cannot be anymore health or unhealthy as any other restuarant on the planet.I had a Burger meal, a quarter pounder with cheese, that came with a medium fry and a medium drink for $7.89.Of course, I had to repeat it 3 times. She was writing the order up as though I was ordering a single quarter pounder, a medium fry, and a medium drink as seperate items. I had to say "a quarter pounder with cheese that comes with a medium fry and a medium drink for $7.89."Maybe she is new and do not know the menu. She said, "You want the meal?" Well, dummy, what do you think I am ordering, I thought to myself. But was sure not to say it to her face. She was distracted by talking with her daughter who was seated nearby instead of listening to her customer.That said and done. I have to say that McDonalds really know how to cook the best french fries on the planet. I asked what oil was used and was told it is vegetable oil.Why can other restuarants not fry their potatoes the way McDonalds fry potatoes...crispy, dry, no excess oil, and tasting good?I bet McDonalds gets that vetetable oil near boiling, dips those potatoes in that very hot oil for about 30 seconds and have golden, crispy, fries in that 30 second dip. 30 seconds is a long time for skinny fries to be in near boiling hot oil. They are almost like potato chips but are potato sticks.The burger was good as well. It was thicker than expected with ketchup, mustard, lettuce, pickle, onion on a sesame seed bun.I forgot my camera in the car and did not get a photo of this meal.But there will be a second and soon I hope.
Joe Rich, the manager was extremely rude. If this guy doesn't want to work here at McD's, then he should quit and go else where instead. At a minimum he should he should be demoted and or counseled. Setting a poor example for other workers to follow.
This McDonald’s was fast in getting me through the drive thru! Now, getting the deals off the app and restaurant is a different story! If you want a quick drive thru go here!!
Everytime I come here bad experience . The two sausage egg and cheese McMuffin where luke warm at best, after waiting 15min for my meal. And people are begging for money and the Restaurant was trashed
You know what’s sad is when you go to McDonald’s at 9pm and it’s closed?!?!?? That’s insane for mcds I worked for mcds for 11 years and have never in my life seen this before. So I took my business to Burger King. Whoever owes this mcds you should really get ur business under control u r loosing a lot of business im sure! Crazy!
Love going to this McDonald's, it's honestly probably the best one in town for breakfast. They make the food great, they're nice, and are unbelievably fast. The outside lane moves faster, by the way.
Food was hot and fresh. Customer service is very polite and very quick fries ? was hot because we all the ? is what you really want McDonald's fries the best hands down especially when they hot..
Poor customer service. No condiments were there even when we mentioned them to add condiments. We got some Biscuits and Burrito. There was no Jam or picante in the bag.The lady was really rude who was taking the order. And when we tried to call them they are hanging up the call on us. Such a poor service. They need to hire some professional and trained people for a first food business. I see the employees chatting and giggling inside instead if giving us our proper order. This is a very low maintenance McDonald in the town.we will try to avoid this McDonald whenever we pass the road. It is so frustrating when u got ur Biscuit and no jam to eat with.Very bad experience.
How far my favorite. The employees are great, McDonald's has built a world-class business out of teenagers. The way they do that is they're not in the hamburger business but rather than the real estate game. They did not become the fastest growing industry they did not become a billion dollar industry they do not own the most amount of real estate out of $0.15 hamburgers I can assure you that. As a matter of fact McDonald's gets about 30% of its profits from food the remaining 70% of their income comes from property but to the average person that passes it they want to break and they want to chill out so they stop in to get them a sandwich, and it's sandwiches not even close to what they are really wealthy from. But it's called the McDonald's formula business I use it everyday.
