The ice cream is always delicious and the combinations are limitless! If you get the waffle cone, bring extra napkins!
Delicious ice cream!! First time visiting. You pick your ice cream and your toppings and they mix it up on this ice cold marble slab. I had butter Pecan. It was the amazing!!
False advertising. No flavors. Mold build up inside the cooler that's not being used not sure why it's dirty if it's not even being used. The sundae I ordered was more or less a shake and all I got was sorry and it had melted ice cream running down the sides of the cup. I would not recommend this creamery. Staff was rude and short tempered.I went in a week ago the reason for late post was bc I was asked to leave a review by google
Very small shop which wouldn't be an issue if it wasn't so packed the line was out the door. It was so hot indoors and I felt so bad for the only 3 employees they had working to handle so many people! But they did amazing and got everything done as was ordered.
The charcoal mocha mixed with cheesecake makes it look like I’m eating concrete but it tastes like I’m eating a glob of heaven. The employees were so sweet even when I took forever to decide what I wanted. Being able to make whatever combination and watch them mix it up is so much fun. Wow!!!!
The ice cream is very good. Rich & creamy, strong flavors, not too sweet. Nice variety of choices. The challenge is that because the ice cream is made for mixing, the texture is very shloopy and half melted already when they hand it to you, it would be a disaster in a cone (and we had ours on a cool night). No samples allowed. Also the two teens behind the counter didn't understand how to serve, our medium cups with "two" flavors had almost all of one flavor and a tiny amount of the second flavor perched on the side as an afterthought. If you're gonna give me only one flavor, at least make it the first one I ask for! Go here for shakes :-)
I went into your store today to use my birthday coupon and was highly disappointed. I wanted the majestic shake but I wanted to see if I could get the cotton candy and lolipop not in the drink so it wouldnt get messy and melt before I got home. The young man behind the counter told me no. It only came the way it came..no alterations. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! What difference would it make to hand me the lolipop and cotton candy??? NONE!! HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED and I wasted my birthday coupon..I guess I need to switch back to Baskin Robbins...
The last few visits the ice cream has been softer than expected, but taste and portion size are very consistent. Great ice cream.

I came in yesterday with my kids after school and the girl who took our order was the best! In fact, both workers were great! They were so sweet and attentive! They made mine and my kids’ day!! The ice cream was so good, but I would come back just for the service!! Another thing that stood out was how clean the building was, especially the tables. I really appreciated that considering I’m a bit of a germaphobe given the current times.
