Why is there only 1 person working at 8am?????? This is the busiest time of the morning! Then, they don’t have the correct containers for a low carb scrambler so they give it to me in a drink cup with a lid that doesn’t fit! DO NOT GO HERE if you have to be at work within 30 minutes! Last time I will come here.
This location did a great job on Friday July 8. My order was correct. Fries were hot and fresh.
Krystal. I've loved it for Years! The prices have gone through the roof. They now have breakfasts. I had (3) bacon cheeseburgers, and fries, for @$8. The food was as good as ever. It was the price that gave me indigestion!
The last two times I went here the buns on our burgers were stale af. Really wanted Krystals last night but didn't even bother because figured we just get bad burgers again. Can you just ask the employees to make the burgers fresh and not give people burgers that have been sitting around all day?
We pulled up to the lightless drive through menu and were told there was a 20 minute wait. When I asked 'why the long wait?', as there were no other vehicles in the parking lot or the drive through line or customers inside, I was told 'door dash got our grill' which made very little sense to me. I asked 'Why would you prioritize 3rd party online orders over in person guests?' I was told, quite rudely, to 'order or get out the line' (there was no line). Then another fellow stuck his head out of the drive through window and starting shouting aggressively for me to 'get out the line'. We obliged. Needless to say we will not be back... Substandard in every possible way.
We have always enjoyed Krystal hamburgers we live in Pensacola Florida we used to drive to mobile Alabama 60 miles away just to eat Krystals when we were teenagers but as today the Krystals 9th Avenue in Pensacola Florida new has very rude employees very slow at getting their work done no one in the store no 1 in the parking lot we were the only ones in the drive thru took over 15 minutes for us to get 12 burgers did not get our fries had a attitude Because we ordered a 12 burgers 2 fries in combo Ask for catch up and they said they were out Management needs to come down to take a visit at this store because it seems like all of the stores have been closed here in Pensacola Florida Once came up on mobile highway in 9 mile road both were closed down seems to be in 12 months because of Poor service do not know what's going on with the people today that in the work economy but they're very lazy needs to get someone in there that can keep Get out their cell phones Crystal hamburgers have always been a good deal in our family .. Our burgers were thrown together down in a Box very missy got carried away with the mustard.. Very sad to say but the Burger joint is across the street from a University college and not even one A few years back when we used to go through there to eat in the lobby there was always young people in there laughing family they're laughing family with their children laughing enjoying a meal today is just a drab place to go to Need to make some changes soon or they will be closing that building down sad to say but it's true Sorry that is this is so long But upper management needs to check this place soon but please check on your chili chili's taste and very horrible Used to be very good now it's super dry and thick Think I need to stop because I'm setting up this should get your attention I hope

well around 330pm today, I pulled up in drivethru was greeted then told I cant take your order. asked if they were closed, told no but our system crashed. Restaurant was empty....
They need to close this Krystal down. The staff is rude and disrespectful. The food is never right. They do not change the oil they dump the fries in. The fries are always brown with a burnt flavor.
Had Never tried Krystal before so I decided to give it a try... Big mistake smh. I got a variety of food and the only thing that was "warm" was the chicken items and the fries. The chicken sandwich wasn't terrible but I didn't like the coating on the tenders or the wings. The hot dog was a scary grey color and I wasn't brave enough to try it but it was cold just like the burgers. The fries were decent but the chili was pretty salty. I should have known with as empty as it was not to try it. They only had one worker there and I'd bet that even they didn't want to be there with the way they sounded/acted.
