You are better off taking your business elsewhere or to the Krispy Kreme on Ninth Ave. This store repeatedly has had the worst customer service. Employees are rude and disrespectful. They are always out of items that are advertised via promotions and on their app. Assuming the employees are just extremely lazy, they tell you it’ll be about an hour wait for simple regular glazed. Establishment should just be closed down as a whole honestly.
Hard cold donuts, I know they didn't have the hot sign but it tasted like these were a day or two old. They were also out of any decent specialty. It's worth driving to Cervantes if you have the time.
Exceptional service. They greeted us very quickly, was extremely patient with my 5 year old, who had a hard time picking which donut she wanted, gave us paper hats & little cards with flower seeds. But what I was most impressed with was their customer service involving this extremely rude lady (if you could even call her that) that was literally screaming at them for no reason. They all handled it so well, respectfully, and even told her to have a nice day. They also didn’t let that affect their customer service afterwards because they were still so move to us even when we were leaving, wishing us luck with the flower seeds. Couldn’t be more impressed with this Krispy Kreme. Job well done!

By far the worst customer service ever… been trying to get the cinnamon rolls they advertise and every time we try they have some excuse not to have them. Tried again and called before going there and was told they had them. Upon arriving was told first that they are out, then told they never had at this location. Upon asking for the manager was told she is too busy. This place is by far the worst customer service I’ve had in a very long time.
This Krispy Kreme is really going down hill! Got no response at the drive through, and had to find an employee who was sitting outside on her phone! Finally received some service at the drive through. The doughnuts were greasy and old! Two of the doughnuts were hard as rocks! They didn’t follow the order and gave me all the wrong doughnuts! The employees were loud and horse playing around in the lounge area! Never again will I visit this site! The Cervantes location is 110% better, I’d rather drive all the way there….
The lady behind the counter must have been high. I ask for two doughnuts and she rang me up for 6. She had to fix that. Then asked for a medium latte and got a small. The doughnuts taste awful and where's the cream filling? And the latte tasted like watered down coffee. Steer clear of this dump. Waste of money couldn't even eat or drink this trash. Worth the drive to the other location.
Website says open at 6 am. Was there at 6:30, and someone was in front of me. I waited for 10 minutes, and then I placed a mobile order. Still in drive through, I waited until it was scheduled to picked up. Still no movement in drive through line. Wait until 7. Nothing. I ask the guy at the order speaker if he has been greeted. He says no. He had walked to the front, saw people inside, but nobody would come up to explain why they weren't open. He had been their since almost open. I'm just upset they couldn't have someone on a headset saying something like, " sorry, but we are unable to complete orders at the moment." Instead they just acted like we were not there. Called customer service, I left a complaint, and I got my money back. I went to the other on Cervantes later. Disappointed that I have a store 3 minutes away that can't do things right.Previous occasions I have received stale donuts, and their hot and fresh light is never on. Rarely even in the mornings. I see them posted up outside doing whatever at night when I drive by. It's bad management that is letting this happen.
Stopped here for a treat on our road trip. So glad we did. Tamiya was so bubbly,helpful and overall fantastic. The staff seemed happy and it made for a good stop.
the Product is getting smaller by the minute, i would rather pay more and get a true Doughnut not a thin disk like doughnut. and really sweet when the product is so small.
