Food quality was definitely way below expectations for being as expensive as it is. Chicken was more bone than meat and biscuits were hard. I know that KFC can do better than that, but what I experienced was just the quality of the food is a reflection of the management. When communication was made about the experience a portion of the meal was promised to be replaced. When I went back for a "Replacement Order" they didn't know anything about it and then made me wait as if they were looking into it. About an hour later I had to inquire about the order and then the manager then began to contact upper management to see what the deal was. Needless to say what was promised was not given and honestly they should change management or shut the place down.
Love the chicken pot pies here. Awesome comfort food. 2nd time I went there it was a 25 minute wait for them so I got some chicken. The best I have had at KFC in years. It was very good.
I came through the drive-through order the family meal and only got 10 pieces of chicken was supposed to be 16 was supposed to get two mashed potatoes and gravy only got one post to get eight biscuits only got five. Chicken was undercooked it was red in the middle. When they gave us a check in when we were waiting for the guy handed us the wrong bag turned around and give us a correct I threw it at us basically and said he ago not happy with this place at all
Just wanted to let y'all know make sure you check y'all's order and chicken cause when I got home I had a thigh and a breast that was so dried out. Thank goodness I got sides with them it was a 5.00 fill up. I wasn't going to go back but I'm going to try another area. They're usually good on that.
Waited over 30 minutes after paying. They parked me. Watched 3 cars behind me get food. When I asked where mine was I was told that the manager served the lobby first and "it's not my fault" by the girl running food.I went into the resturant to check on my order. It still was not ready. Took another 10 minutes for my order. It was 2 thigh and leg meals. Not like it was a hard order. No offer for a discount. No coupons given. Not even an apology. Just handed me my bag and said here you go.
Food was good as usual, service excellent under these circumstances. I ordered a meal deal without a drink but I was charged the full amount anyway. I think the sales system is at fault.
Staff was rude when we first arrived. Were the only ones there and Waited in drive through for several minutes. Finally pulled up to the window and knocked on window and was told by staff “we knew you were there but we’re still getting things ready”. Finally got our order in and was told to pull over to the side because our order wasn’t ready. Waited another 15 min for our food .
Looking to buy chicken nuggets didn't know that KFC didn't sell them, My bad. Had to get chicken Strips which i didn't like to much spice for me. Was surprised by the cost also. The place clean and person who took my order was really nice.
Drive thru only. Chix fresh and wow the mashed potatoes cups were filled and very good. I usually don't like their biscuits, these biscuits were so fresh and so good. Window personnel was very appropriate.
Worst KFC ever! The dining room is still closed, so the only way to get food is the drive-thru. We had to repeat the order 5-6 times because they couldn't hear what we were saying. We finally got our food and for the 2nd visit in a row, they forgot a side we had ordered and paid for. We ordered 2 of the new chicken sandwiches and they were awful..dried out. And to top everything off, they were only taking cash payments, no debit or credit cards.Will never go back to this location!
