Don't bother if you intend to order at the counter and eat there. We waited for 10 minutes at the cash register (only ones in line) with no service. There were several employees working, and some of them made eye contact with us, but they were completely focused on the drive thru and never made their way to the counter. We left.
Customer service is absolutely trash. Very rude at the register and when I stood at the counter waiting for some sauce I said to the manager who was about 10ft away excuse me, because I just wanted sauce for my kids tenders. She looked right at me,ade eye contact and ignored me, all while another employee starts griping and saying you need to wait, one customer at a time. First of all I already paid for my food and you didn't give me the sauce that you said cost me 40cents per, second if you're that understaffed then close the doors. Third if you really hate your job and are that unhappy in a customer service position then quit, don't proceed to ruin everyone else's day because you're unhappy. It would be nice to speak to the regional gm to address the lack of care from the front of house.
I just left there about 20 minutes ago and it was terrible. The service was the worst I have ever had in a restaurant, the food was cold and hard and when I called back up there the manager said "what do you want to do"? Apparently they have no desire to have return customers, no your are certainly not the only KFC in town and prior to today I spent a lot of money in there. Will not make that mistake ever again. Terrible. If I owned that franchise I would be mortified to have these people representing me name for sure. From the looks of the reviews, the service is terrible most days.
Out of mac and cheese, don't carry grilled chicken and biscuits were old and hard! However they were very friendly and the food tastes just like you would expect from KFC!
Staff rushed my order. I ordered a 2 leg and one thigh meal and they didn’t give me one of the legs. I ordered a chicken tender meal and they only gave me 3 when I asked for 4 and they were so tiny. I asked for ranch and they gave me barbecue sauce. They even repeated me my order and gave it to me wrong. I was very disappointed and will not be back
This place has IMPROVED BIG TIME this year. Every time we pull up to the drive thru (1 or 2 times a week) we get great service. The food is almost always on point.Management has made this place the best KFC in 100 miles. So much so we drive across town now just to get this one.Management is amazing.
I ordered a number two combo and there was a thigh and there was a drumstick probably the two smallest pieces I've ever seen from KFC sitting in the bottom of the box. Playing flat at the bottom of the box next to each other. The box hasn't grown the chicken has shrunk.
My most recent experience here will be the reason I likely will never eat at another Kentucky Fried Chicken again. Staff was extremely rude and the manager tried to be helpful and make things right, but she was just so worn down by it all. Feel bad for her. Food was not good. Online order wasn’t even started 10 minutes after the app said it was ready. Staff, minus the manager, was hostile. I’ve been to three different KFCs 3 different times in the past three years. All fell short. Never again
Drove all way KFC ordered $40 worth of food got home everything on the receipt is right nothing in the bag matched what was on my receipt and some of the chicken looks like it's been sitting there for a while thank you a lot I'll never eat at your restaurant again. Oh and don't try to call him nobody answers the phone
The sides were actually pretty good. We ordered the Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. But the tenders were very dry and so were the workers. We will not be visiting this location again. We went to the one off Michigan and mobile here in Pensacola
