This place is a tie between them and Whataburger in Pace for being the absolute slowest place during lunch time. The employees do not understand that people have a limited time for their lunch break. I saw one person with Doordash wait 40 min for an order. Prove me wrong KFC and Whataburger. Doubtful!!
I have put in two separate complaints over two separate orders when no one bothers to try and fix it.. food being overcooked bot receiving all the food ordered… I have ordered tea and got Pepsi (we don’t even drink Pepsi) I’ve ordered dp and got tea..
About a week or two ago, I ordered chicken poppers which is just what some people call popcorn chicken, whoever was working the drive thru said they don’t have that and never had that and I was like “I just got popcorn chicken here a couple days ago.” We get to the window and showed the man working the window what we were talking about and he goes “well is that called chicken poppers?” In the most rude tone imaginable. Stopped by there again today and the woman working the drive-thru was extremely rude to us and the people in front of us. The food is amazing, but the employees are disgustingly rude and lack in the customer service skills area severely.
The BEST CHICKEN I'VE HAD IN A LOOOOONNNNGGGGG TIME FRESH AND HOT.........It was delicious EVERYTHING WAS FRESH the mac n cheese my biscuit even my lemonade was good. GREAT JOB STAFF btw I got all of this at 9 pm and everything was FRESH job well done I will be returning.
$20 meal special advertised. They charged me 27.99 plus tax. Waited 35 minutes at the counter before I was greeted with, what you want?
Drive thru was quick. But asked for butter the biscuits (out of butter) how do you run out of butter......wanted it with the honey for the biscuits. Plus the didnt bother to separate the coleslaw (everything is hot).I like cold coleslaw not luke warm.They need to fine tune afew things.I am here visiting on vacation.

We went there the other day & we all got the chicken sandwich combo and my son got a drumstick and some macaroni cheese. The sandwiches were actually made fresh and hot and they were so delicious. I'm telling you I believe I have a new favorite chicken sandwich Check us out( Eternal Escapades) on YouTube!??????
Listen up... whoever owns this Restaurant. Your employees that run this store are THE reason you WILL be out of business. Terrible customer service. At 8pm was told yesterday 06.09.2022 if I wanted Crispy chicken I would have to wait 30 minutes. I can make chicken at my house in 30 minutes. I was polite but she was very condescending. I said no thanks and drove away. First and last time I will visit this restaurant.
Probably the worst KFC I’ve ever been to. Bad service and even worse quality of food. Chicken was overcooked and had no seasoning to speak of. This place should be closed
