Second time we’ve been here and they we’re both great. First trip we had the beef bulgogi, which had a great balance of meat, sauce and rice. This trip we did the Japanese side. The wife had miso soup and the red dragon plate, soft shell crab roll with some assorted nigiri. Everything was fresh, tasty and looked great on the plate. I ordered the shashimidon, tuna, salmon, hamachi, snapper?and a big spoonful of masago over sushi rice. All very fresh and tasty. The hot sour soup was great, a little smoky tasting, maybe bonito flake, tofu and mushrooms. Good soup. We had an appetizer of steamed shumai, it was ok. WillCome back for the Korean BBQ.
The food is very mediocre and lacks any flavor. I did the seafood combo grill and the sauces that came with it were terrible. The pork belly was so chewy and tough even though we didn’t cook it long. The meats seem low quality. The fried rice lacked any seasoning or flavor and same goes for the soups. Others in my party said the sushi was ok. Service was attentive but our server forgot our order of ice cream. When the bill came, the prices of the items were more expensive than what was on the menu. The menu should be updated if you’re going to charge a lot more than what’s stated.
Great experience overall, food was tasty. The fried bananas were the best part of the meal. Friendly service I’d go back!
Had a great experience at the restaurant. I received over cooked Chicken Teriyaki and the server was nice enough to replace the dish with another. Calamari and beef bulgogi was amazing!
Best sushi in Pensacola. Hands down! Ive had the Korean BBQ, sushi, rolls, terriyaki salmon, takeout and food has always been on point. Servers and greeters are friendly and helpful. Ambiance is chill whether you are at the bar or a table. Food comes out hot and always tastes fresh! I love coming here for drinks and sushi.
The best experienced we had as a family. This is my second visits. Celebrated special occasions with my family. Great place, great people, and great food of course!
I've been going there since they opened and it has been my go to sushi spot. Unfortunately we had two consecutive poor experiences where the food was bad and we told the waitor who literally just said " oh that's too bad"and walked off, after realizing they didn't care I just paid my check and told them politely we wouldn't be back. The manager is certainly in the wrong career field and they admitted the food was probably burnt from being under the heat lamps too long. FYI this occurred on Thursday Feb 10th 2022 at 6pm if anyone who actually cares or is invested wants to follow up.
Great experience, had a great server! I believe his name was Lam. Everything was tasty! Had to try the Cambodia Roll because why not (especially as a Cambodian!) We also ordered some bowls to go for dinner at a later time. The mini beef combo was a good portion for us after all!
I had the bibimbop bowl and there was so much food, my brother got the tempura bento box at a regular table. The staff is so friendly, diverse in cultures so the food has authentic appearances and flavors all served with great speed and quality. Look forward to eating here more often.
We have come here several times and service has always been good except for this evening!! It took 15 minutes to be seated ( to be expected) and then once seated we sat for 30 minutes and NOT one waitress nor waiter came to get our drink orders or anything! We finally just left because that is unacceptable!! VERY disappointing to say the least ?
