The food was good, but the service was sub par at this location.
Went out of the way to get my order just right ((no oil, just vinegar)) even though it was unusual.
Jimmy John's is pretty consistent throughout the chain. Their sandwiches are very good. Service may vary.

Worked her as a Delivery driver, first 30 minutes of me working they gave me order to deliver. Didn’t explain the menu, didn’t explain the delivery system, didn’t pay me for the 1st hour I was there before the manager arrived, never gave me resources to learn the job in store . Made me deliver without a uniform for half the day. I work another job and was also started college in a few weeks. Manager was aware of this. Never put me back on the schedule after those two weeks. I messaged Adam and he never message back regarding my paycheck. I call this morning for him to yell at me stating “oh don’t want to show up to your shifts you can pick up your paychecks Friday just like everyone else!” Then slams the phone down. Note; I was supposed to be paid two weeks ago from this Friday. I have never been mistreated by a manager like this! I was delivering as many and sometimes $80+ more worth of order than the other drivers.
I enjoyed the JJ Gargantuan sandwich with salt and vinegar potato chips and iced tea. Lots of interesting signage.
Sadly, I can see why ratings are going down at this store... Have ordered many many times... However, today I Ordered a "Big John" delivered for $9.55 , sadly I would've gotten a better sandwich at a convenience store, with more meat lettuce and tomato on it at the very least.... Worst sandwich I've ever gotten from Jimmy Johns
Did an online order, get home and it’s all wrong... how does #1 Pepe become roast beef with no cheese? Working minimum wage job isn’t that hard.. won’t be ordering from this place again.
