Went there on 1/2/22. Wanted a #9 Spicy Italian night club, but they didn't have any capricola. Ordered something else. Went to toss some trash but the trashcan had a floor mat rolled up on top. When they called my order the subs were sitting on the counter. I had to reach over for a bag and bag the chips and subs myself. Crew was rude and didn't seem like they wanted to be there. I won't go back.
Went to JJ yesterday (as I was starving), ordered my usual the Italian nightclub sandwich. I was informed that they are out of the Capicola deli meat. I was then told they would include a double serving of salami. I asked, may I have double ham instead of double salami (as I am not a huge fan of salami)? I was told I couldn't do that ...Dear Owner, so not fair! I should (as the customer) been able to choose between double salami or ham (you should not get the option to choose for me). Disappointing!

To be honest I wasn’t overly impressed with the service. Just miserable, rude snippy people in there. Like for no reason. Chill. Food was made fast and the place was clean.
Service gets more horrible each month. Last 3 orders two of them have taken over an hour. Thought the slogan was freaky fast not deathly slow. and they waited 45 min on the other to tell me my order was cancelled. Change your people or change your people.
Was told I was hired did everything then told she couldn't fit me in her schedule kinda bad to tell someone there hired and then say something like that ....best of luck to you ......won't be ordering food from yall any more this was really bad business .....
Its bad when you hire someone they do every thing you tell them to the tell them you have no room on schedule for them
They are prompt in delivery and accurate with the orders

There was a slight mishap on my delivery that I ordered for my lunch break. I called to let them know it was missing the main ingredient (in which I took pictures for proof and even offered to send the sandwich back), the polite and helpful gentleman in the line said “no problem at all ma’am we’ll take care of it for you now”. In which they absolutely did; the sandwich was re-delivered correctly and they even added a cookie. Thank you so much for resolving the matter with such friendly and fast service, it’s very much appreciated! I’ll definitely be ordering from you all again.
