Usually this jerseys is awesome, quick service, and good sandwiches I consider myself a regular. This time I found little strings of plastic that seems like the plastic wrapping wasn’t removed from the meat before slicing it. Somewhat disappointed but it’s a genuine accident, it does need to have some attention as to stop it from happening in the future.
Don't bother ordering on line to save time when you pick up. The time before last I got there when it was supposed to be picked up and had to wait 20 minutes to watch then make my sandwiches and to day I decided to show up 30 minutes past pick up time and had to wait to watch them make my sandwiches. I always tip $10 on my orders if I go again I definitely won't tip on line. I will wait to see what kind of service I get.
This specific Jersey Mikes subs shop is terrible. The service is garbage. Every employee acts like they can’t handle their job.No need to be kind due to the fact that I’ve been kind every time I’ve went in to the store. Only to have the employees respond rudely. Let me add this is 3 pieces of bacon on a BLT really what did I pay for the employees nasty attitudes. I’m so tired of employees taking their strife out on paying customers. The owners really need to clean up or prepare to go out of business.
Only good experience we had with this particular location besides the food was your crew member Ney. She always had a smile, always changed her glove between sandwiches and or handling money. The GM Marilyn was horrible arguing with customers and saying she was sick of them and very rude to the crew. The cook that was on duty that night was rude as well. Cursing where the customer could hear and never changed his gloves once the entire 45 min we were their. Handling raw meat then handling lettuce and tomatoes causing cross contamination. Someone can get sick easily. This was the same situation with the GM.
The first time I ordered a #42 (chicken) using Uber Eats and they got it wrong. Gave them a second chance and they got it wrong AGAIN. If I wanted steak I would have ordered steak!
Did online order and arrived 10 minutes past our scheduled pick up time. Noticed a sign on the door that said “out of chicken.” Called restaurant to find out if we needed to change our order being as we ordered a chicken Philly. Person says “yes I was just about to call you” already well past our pickup time. Store was dead so unsure why it took the customer calling to make correction to order. Not first bad experience here.
Hello, been to your shop a couple of times and enjoyed our sandwiches. Without giving away my age I had my first Mike's sub at the starting shop on Arnold avenue in Point Pleasant NJ, we used to stop by there on our way walking to the movie theater farther down the highway. I'm (75).
I gave Jersey Mikes on Navy Blvd 3 visits before writing this. Got to Admit the Subs are good. I dont understand why a regular size soda ( less than 20 ozs.) and small bag of chips is $3.50 ... WTA? Couple of Cold Bacon strips will cost you $1.65 ... also WTA.. Soo to wrap this up...Cost me $27.00 for a couple of cold subs soda and chips and tip. Conclusion, If ordering To Go, skip the Soda and Chips. The Tip trick is interesting and Definitely not worth the Airport Prices ?
They have Gluten free bread! Try The Big Kahuna. Delicious!
