Jacksonâs never disappoints. Always excellent service and food
Our waiter was so nice and welcoming as it was our first time dining at Jacksonâs. He was helpful and recommended drinks that were very delicious. The prices are quite high but it is definitely a good restaurant to splurge for special occasions.
My husband and I both ate off the restaurant week 3 course for $33 menu and everything we had was fantastic. I would highly recommend.
Great food. Great server. All around amazing experience
My wife and I go ever quarter. We love the staff and the food tastes so good
For high quality menu options paired with excellent service, it is hard to beat Jackson's. My wife and I visit 3-4 times a year and have never been disappointed. My main question is 'Why do they call it a steakhouse?' as we almost always order seafood - always done right!
First time back in a few years. Food was excellent and of top notch quality. We had grouper and NY strip both cooked to perfection. French Onion soup was the best Iâve had. Our waiter Tom was knowledgeable and kept us entertained. Glad to see Jacksonâs is back on tract.
Party of three. Waitress was wonderful. Our host, Alex, was as close to awful as imaginable. I left without eating my steak which Alex asked me to cut open showing some faint pink, trying to prove me Wrong?!?!. I ordered a medium rare steak. In the past , this has been excellent. Alex then went on to question my guest. Last night, with Alex and the whole debacle, I only wanted to leave. What I wanted to be a lovely evening was totally ruined. One of my guests just left her uneaten dinner. I left my bag which had the meat in it. I had planned this dinner as a thank you to my guests. I was humiliated. Iâm still not over this unpleasant experience.
Anniversary-excellent server Kathy H. Went out of her way to make it special
The experience was just what we were expecting. The atmosphere was nice and the food was good.
