Ichiban was excellent. Our waiter was really cool and helpful. Amazing service. The food was so fresh and good. Also, the restaurant has such a great aesthetic and vibe. Man, my wife and I were really pleased. Get the egg rolls!

Not only was the food very tasty, but the presentation was astounding. The portions are very large, and it's affordable as well. The staff is very welcoming. The waitress asked if we wanted a hot towel to clean up with before our meal as soon as we got settled. Outstanding place to relax and eat. Very calm and relaxing.
Best Sashimi!! Eat here, skip Sushi Masa. Sure, all-you-can-enjoy is great, but not at the cost of quality. Ichiban has the best Sashimi in Pensacola and great ramen as well!
Claire was our waitress and she was a good, attentive one at that. Food was delicious. We ordered the calamari, a California roll, the Mango roll, the Hawaiian roll, and the super crazy roll. Everything was on point. Nice and clean place.
As always, this place never disappoints! The food is superior and service is always on point...I definitely recommend stopping in for the best sushi in town...huge rolls and classic appetizers, plus plenty more to choose from on the menu. You will not be disappointed!
Several coworkers and I went to eat here and waited over an hour to be seated. Our waitress was very snappy with one of my coworkers and downright rude. We ate and the portions were big and the food tasted great. Later that evening, three of us became seriously sick. We had all eaten the same roll. One of us was even unable to work the next day because she was so ill. We called the next day to inform them that something was wrong and were treated very poorly over the phone by several employees. The manager ultimately promised us a refund and took our card numbers. We waited over a week and then called back several times when they finally told us that the owner declined our refund. They even had the audacity to blame it on us for somehow not eating enough before we went, or eating something at work together that may have caused us to be sick. Between the three of us, we spent over $150 because we purchased extra food to carry for lunch the next day and had to throw all of it out. We were sick and completely wasted our money. Do not eat here!
