The delivery driver was awesome! Super friendly and professional! The pizza was great. We will continue to order from here.

Upon entering the store, I had to wait to even be acknowledged by the three men on the make line making the one three item order on their screen, must’ve been very complicated. Half an hour of waiting after I paid for my phone order I was told my ticket was nowhere to be found. After being dropped on by the air vents watching every walk in get their food as I waited with my son for our dinner, I decided to leave. As someone that spent much of their work career working hungry howies I expected at least the bare minimum service, apparently not here on Michigan. Would love a refund since I didn’t get the food I paid for tho,
Ordered the pepperoni whaky Wednesday and they dumped salt all over the pizza. Tried to eat a couple of slices and tasted nothing but salt. It's definitely the worst pizza I had in my life because I couldn't eat it. Ended up throwing it away.
I bought my food at 9:11. I received one order at 9:30 one order was not delivered. I called for them to correct it. The order was never corrected or delivered. I want all my money back this isn’t professional.
First to start off this complaint...when I last ordered my food I did not receive the items I was asking for. I ordered 2 peparoni pizzas and a 2L of mnt dew. Instead 2 meat lovers and a Pepsi. When I called to get my order corrected or at least a refund. I spoke to manager "joey" who was very rude and laughed on the phone call. When I asked to speak to a higher up I was also laughed at by the supervisor"Dylan" needless to say i will NEVER be returning to this hungry Howie's

I only ever order from here and it never fails! Only thing that bummed me out was the fact the girl that delivered my pizza said nobody has ever gave her a $10 tip!!! Appreciate your delivery drivers people! Wish I would have asked her out to dinner or lunch! If she sees this I hope we get in contact cause your awesome and beautiful!!
I completely messed up when ordering from the app. I wanted the food delivered but I accidentally clicked pick up. So I called and asked if they would change it. They said sure, then I noticed in my email it had my old address. The guy in the phone said he could not change it so I asked if it was ok to cancel and he said sure. Right after I hung up, I received a call and they said they could change my address. After that my pizza was delivered. I am very appreciative they worked with me even though I was such a mess.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE ORDERING FROM THEM. VERY EASY TO USE APP, WHEN I CALL IN TO ORDER, NO MATTER WHAT, I ALWAYS GET TREATED WITH THE UPMOST RESPECT. AND LOVE THE TASTE OF THEIR DELICIOUS PIZZA AND HOWIES CHEESE BREAD. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE.
