I really wanted to like this place but two visits in a week and both visits contain the same problems. Unfriendly workers, except for the younger kid who works there. The adults wearing masks have zero customer service skills. You shouldn’t feel like you are an inconvenience to any establishment. I suppose they don’t realize no customers mean no work which means no money. The food looks like it just experienced a lunch rush. Old and picked over. The restaurant is dingy and dirty and has flies flying around. I think charging for chips and salsa is a sign inflation has hit everybody. Sadly we won’t be returning.
Pleasantly surprised. Stopped in late while traveling. This was the only place other than Taco Hell and McYucks that was open. It's set up similar to Chipotle, but IMHO much better in many ways. The guy at the counter was pretty cool also.
Your product has potential to be fresh. It was my first time, so I tried 3 different meats 2 of the 3 were very dry. I could tell, if fresh they were most likely better. But for size price and quantity that I got. I feel that is a fair rating.
We have tried this place a few times. It would have gotten 5 stars if theu were not always put of the bottles of their sauce to sell. The sweet and hot habanero is to die for. The burritos are huge as well.
I’ve gone to Hot heads twice, and I MUST say that the service was VERY POOR!!!! I went in Friday around 5:30, no one was in line. I started ordering my food, and asked for certain items that were not in the containers. Such as peppers and onions, and the guy just looked at me. I asked if they were getting ready to close, and he said no, but NEVER attempted to try and give me any of the missing items. I knew it was going to be a bad experience, when he put in 2 tablespoons of rice in my bowl, and spread it in the bowl, as if it was a it would make it look full!?
Really cool little joint, service was great and the "LeRoy bowl" was tasty and had a bite to it. If your looking for something a little different, stop by and build your burrito or bowl. Worth the visit!!!
Food is awesome. Place in clean. Young lady behind fhe counter is so rude she is either rhe owner or sleeping with him. How she still has a job
These guys were busting their arses on Cinco de Mayo. I felt badly for them. These guys always step up.The various combinations you can make on a burrito or a bowl is a whole other benefit. That chicken is grilled fresh right there on the grill behind the counter. I'll be getting me a lot more of that in the future along with those grilled fajita onions and peppers.
I don’t normally do this. HOWEVER, I was just informed that this beard hair on my food belongs to the Manager that works there. This is disgusting. Per Florida Dept. of Business and Professional Regulation, he is REQUIRED to wear a beard net. Upon speaking with said Manager, his explanation was “I can’t find one big enough”. Now, I love beards. My man has a beard… but he also doesn’t work in the food industry preparing others food. Just be aware if you eat from here.
Way better than Chipotle or Moes! Staff are always so awesome and so nice. I eat here all the time and can never get enough!
