If this is the best Chinese in Pensacola I’d hate to have the worst
Why do they always have little ones doing the orders all the time poor things don’t understand and they make mistakes on your orders. I feel so bad for them
Took pvervan hour and a half to get the food. Called they just said driver is out. First time ordering and it will be the last.
Husband ordered sesame chicken. The "food" did not taste fresh. Whatever they used was not chicken. The so called chicken was very stringy and was hard and old. The food was litterally inedible. Called to resolve and the woman was rude and wanted to argue. We will never order from here again. She asked if I wanted something else but since he already wants to throw up and his appetite is gone so I told her NO. Even asked if she would just refund for his meal. Just rude she said I give you $5 for a $30 order that's in the trash. wow. And guess what, never got my $5 refund.
Tonight was 0 stars. Not sure whats happened with this place. I didn't call to complain because I don't want to talk to a little about the food quality. I've had multiple good meals from this place so I gave it 3 but if my food is ever this bad again, I will never go back. 12/26/2021.
Customer service is horrible!Very rude and the place is run by the 8 year old that takes payments, hands out the food etc.While, I think it is great to teach young men how to work, it is literally ran by him and he has the same mannerisms as his parents as he yells at customers etc.It’s sad to write a review on a family run business, as a business owner myself, customer service is EVERYTHING.
Ordered 2 large General tso chicken, the chicken was old and hard! Ordered 2 pints pork fried rice and was given white rice. Threw it all in the trash.
Not bad, although I did get an egg roll instead of egg drop soup. And I believe there's an 8-year-old working there. Strange not only does he wait on you but he also cooks. God bless his little heart.
Wow, too much to write as it was awful. It all went into the trash, tasteless, rubber meat, yellow rice passed off as Chinese? Further more aren't there child labor laws, youngsters taking orders and cashing out . Would never ever again waste my time or money eating from that trash can
They had a young boy at the front servicing their customers... extremely disrespectful and rude. Needs to be taught manners and customer service.
