Amazing food, the atmosphere was fantastic.

Great waitress, great food and beverages!

This place is amazing great food staff

What a place!Everything from start to end was superb. Fantastic service... high quality cocktails... even higher quality food. We went for brunch but will be back for dinner our next time in town. Make a resi & go enjoy!

5-29-2022: late morning brunch and only 15-minutes wait (You can reserve). My wife got the Berry French Toast and I got the Lobster Benedict with rosemary fries!5-5-2022: stressful day for both my wife and I only answer try somewhere you have not been. I’ve drove by a hundred times and always looks busy. I miss judged… few parking places out front so it looks crowded however the is plenty of room in and outside. Lots of parking out back. Great atmosphere and very comfortable seating (I a 4XL guy). Very clean and upscale casual. Food is top level with portions, presentation, and favor. Service is excellent (thank you Ms. Any T.)!

My husband and I were in Pensacola for two nights. We wanted to find a casual but nice restaurant for dinner. We found some good reviews for George Bistro +Bar and it was only 6 minutes from our hotel. Don’t go there if you are looking for beach ambiance, but DO GO HERE if you want exceptionally good food, interesting cocktails and excellent service, at a VERY reasonable price for the excellent food and drink offered. What a delightful culinary surprise! Our server, Amy, was exceptional; she impressed me by noticing the small things (taking away the straw covers so they would not blow away); she was attentive without being intrusive; she was knowledgeable about the menu selections; she was delightful. The menu selections were truly haute cuisine in a casual manner. The house specialty cocktails were fascinating (blood orange margarita, chamomile sour). The deserts, pure yummy! My husband and I have traveled to every continent (yes, even Antarctica) and George Bistro + Bar will be a standout culinary memory for us. Too bad we don’t have a requirement to be in Pensacola very often, but when we do, we will ALWAYS eat at George Bistro +Bar.

Wonderful service, festive atmosphere and great food. Artichoke appetizer was great incredible- wished it had been larger. Pasta with grilled shrimp and the braised pork entree were perfect. Will definitely go here again.

Bar seats can be a poor experience depending on your tastes. First the bar is tiny and cluttered. One end is near the door to the unsightly kitchen which is often propped open and noisy. The other end of the bar is next to a door to outside seating. The bar view is dominated by two large televisions which are always showing bizarre programming of interest only to the bartenders. An upscale bar should be be dominated by TV. Service at the bar varies from quite good (bar manager) to atrocious and self-absorbed. The food is typically very good.

Mixed feelings about pricing. Entree were great proportioned for the short rib with Mac and cheese and the garden frittata. However the grilled shrimp and crispy artichoke was comically small.

Overall an pleasurable experience. It was very crowded but it should have been expected for brunch on a Mother’s Day. However we had a reservation and was seated immediately once we arrived. The waiter Ryan was exceptional and took really good care of us. Did not order any special drinks besides oj and blueberry lavender lemonade. The portion size of our meal was great, ordering the short rib Mac and cheese and garden frittata. The appetizer however, fried artichoke, was comically small and overpriced for what was offered. All in all, a great experience and one of the best spots to have breakfast in Pensacola. Oh by the way parking sucks. Park across the street at the shutdown business.
