Don’t let the “trailer” look fool you. This is HANDS DOWN, the BEST seafood I’ve had in Pensacola in over 20 years. We had drinks, appetizers and dinners for five adults and didn’t break the bank. The chef is from New Orleans and the flair he brings to his food is decadent. The shrimp and grits is fabulous. The creole pasta is outstanding. The fried green tomatoes with crawfish are spectacular. Our waitress, Jane, was a hardworking and kind soul. They are understaffed (like everyone) but you would never know it. They are expedient, friendly, and great at service.
Amazing little place. Great staff and friendly service. The food was great. Kids enjoyed it as well. They have the very best onion rings that will blow your mind.
AMAZING! Little hidden gem in Perdido Key! Service and food were excellent!! If you’re in the area, you don’t want to pass this up for fresh seafood dishes!
We ate here on the advice of an Orange Beach shop owner. It's under a bridge and kinda sketchy looking. DO NOT let this fool you. It's a scratch kitchen and everything was delicious. We ordered fried pickles for an appetizer. I ordered a grilled grouper Po boy with fried green tomatoes. It was fantastic. Our waitress, Liz was great too.
First place we visited after arriving to Florida. We got there just in time because it got busy really fast. Service was good and the wait for our food wasn't too bad. I kinda wish they offered some kind of bread to hold you over while your waiting for your meals. Food was good.
We were here on a Saturday afternoon. Party of four for an early dinner. We were told in advance to be here before 5pm if you want to be seated quickly. This worked well so one day you adjust your eating habits to avoid the crowd no big deal. A brunch and then just dinner. It’s not like they’re serving small portions these days. Y’all this is an excellent trained chef that truly focuses on the food. The facility is a shack basically under a bridge but… but… the food YES! If you’re in the area don’t miss this hidden gem.We had fried pickles and spicy shrimp (that were not really spicy) both tasted good and were delicious appetizers. The shrimp was served with Gambino bread from New Orleans. For entrees we had the Blackberry Pork chop and Shrimp Diane. The latter was great but hands down the blackberry pork chop was the clear favorite. Juicy and tender, perfectly cooked and the sauce wow!We also had the bread pudding probably made from gambino bread and it was delish. All in all a fabulous dinner! We will definitely be going back to Fisherman’s Corner.UrbanCowgillJune 2022
Shrimp dinner & mahi-mahi dinner were delicious! Quaint little out of the way place with employees that enjoy their jobs. Cloth tablecloth & napkins were a nice touch. Highly recommend !!
A hidden gem. Absolutely love everything about this place…the food, the staff, the service…even the short wait was a very wonderful experience!
Very good food and nice staff/service. The only thing we were unhappy with was the seating at the booths. It was very uncomfortable and because of that, were were not able to enjoy our meals as much as we could have. I would definitely request seating at a table with chairs next time!
4.5/5 but I rounded up. Small place and had to wait awhile despite arriving early on a Tuesday. Very sweet server. Good tea. Good atmosphere but tight. Price high but fair.Loved the gumbo and the perfect blackened mahi, best I've had. Okra so-so, could use a dipping sauce. Only miss was the shrimp and grits didn't do it for me (it's my standard order whenever trying a new seafood joint), didn't care for the texture/flavor of the fried grits ball, nor the sauce. A valid attempt at unique, just didn't work. Will come back.
