I went to the location on 9 Mile. I haven't been here in forever and so glad I stopped in. It was so clean and the sandwich was great
Clean dining room, got a to go order. I was home within 10 mins and the sandwiches fell apart because they were soaked. When they cut the bread they didn't leave it together so the whole thing came apart.
Came in and tried to order a sandwich and saw girl drinking from a miniature she pulled from her purse..She didn't want to take my order..she was too busy making sure the other girl did what she wanted that she even forgot I was there. I don't believe in drinking on the job to say the least, but the employees were subdued because she dated a black man that abused her...not coming back even though I was a fireman in my youth.
Food was pretty bad, along with the service… I’ll make a complaint on the firehouse website but I was disappointed for sure

Went today around 11 a.m. Ordered 2 subs. Subs were good as usual but staff left a lot to be desired. Husbands sub was the way he ordered, mine no. Ordered Hook and Ladder med with lt lettuce, lt onions, black olives and mayo. When I got it was fully evolved. Took it back to have remade, told them what was supposed to be on and was informed order was fully evolved unless I told person taking order that's all wanted. Showed her my receipt that said what I wanted on it. They remade it and was still wrong. They didn't put mayo on it. Very disappointed in service. Will think twice before I go back
