This place is amazing. I come here often and they never disappoint. Kieths sub making skills are top notch.
Bought three subs. Asked for extra barbecue sauce on one and got no sauce. Was asked if I wanted pickles on the side and said yes but got no pickles. For 30.00 it should have been made right. The cashier was nice.
Ordered quick pick up option, on weekday between 1-2 clock but waited 20 minutes still to receive order. Rather busy
I’ve only been to a few firehouse’s in my life and never had a bad experience. This place needs some help. The cashier was rude and kept getting flustered with anything that happened and kept saying “I can’t do this” (I can't take this). One of the guys making the sandwiches seemed to not know how to make it and kept asking the others and kept asking the customer who order their sandwich. She started getting on to him telling him to just read the paper and stop asking people. Then as she was taking someone’s order she started coughing up a lung. I mean I’m not all covid crazy but she was coughing a lot and the customers and employees were all side glancing her and each other. I got the sandwich and got down the road and my son started eating it and it wasn’t even made the right way how it’s suppose to come. It’s one of the new sandwiches the guy kept asking how to make. I’ll stick with nine mile road.
They should wear hair nets .I have hair in my sandwich. Dood in there making a sandwiches with a beard an no hair net on it thats nasty.an makes me mad when you pay 18. Dollars for a sub an drink an its got hair in it .
I'm in this store regularly and have not experienced the negative staff issues some people have posted here. My guess, given they're people with only one post and call out a manger by name, is they're disgruntled former employees. The food and service here is always great. As a matter of fact I'm headed there now from Ensley as opposed to going to either one of the 9 Mile locations.
Love this location! My sandwich is always made the way I like it..staff is super nice..Love the manager (lady with the accent) she always goes above and beyond every time I come in..y'all rock!!

I am editing my previous great review. I was in the store last night and I watched the lady in charge, dark haired lady with a grey streak in her hair, talk so horribly to her employees. So much so that the poor girl walked out and quit her job. I felt so bad for the girl and after witnessing the treatment she received, I highly doubt I will ever return.
I am a regular customer at this location and it is usually a good experience but not this day. Yesterday I came in and got a combo and when I began eating I noticed the chips were expired. As a business owner I know how important not only a great product is but also I know how important it is to take care of my employees. I have watched the lady who is manager, I believe her name is Mel, speak so rudely to her employees it is pathetic. Not only is she hateful to these employees, she has no issue doing it in front of customers which is terrible. I hope these issues can be addressed, I really like this place but I do not enjoy this environment.
