Visitor from Chicago and I had a few co workers with me. We wanted an actual breakfast so I google breakfast and saw Egg Wits. We all ordered together under the same order # yet ours orders came to us close to 5 minutes apart. My French toast was cold and so was the syrup as was my friends waffle and syrup. By the time the final one a burrito came out we were almost done eating. May try else where next time

4-23-2023: first time here. Walked in and a little confused; first thing you see is the menu on the wall with directions to decide your order; place order and pay at the cashier post. They give you a display number to take to your tables. About 70-80 places total to sit. Booths, tables, and a small bar. Mental and plastic flat wear with fountain machine. I was expecting some type of regular cafe style food. I was overly surprised when the food arrived. Don’t let the casual atmosphere lead you; this place is cranking out some very delicious and excellent food. It is a hidden gem! Check out the pics. Food is great portions, excellent flavor, and reasonable prices. The staff are beautiful people and very diverse. I met and talked with a guy named John. He a #1 in my book! Great talking with him. If you want an excellent breakfast- here is your place. It does take a few minutes to get your food but it ain’t a drive thru folks. Truly worth it and I’ll be back again and again ??❤️?5-7-2022: back for seconds?

This place was awesome!!! The food was tasty! The chicken and Waffles were great and the waffles with fruit was delicious!! It is a must try as there are other great items on their menu.

This was our second time coming to Egg Wits and they have yet to disappoint with the food. It’s fresh and very flavorful. It come out hot and fairly quickly. There are a few gripes that sort of set me uneasy. First is there silverware setup. It’s a help yourself kinda set up. You get your own forks and spoons, so you don’t know who put their boogie or dookie fingers all over them. Second isn’t bad but the benches are not very comfortable and some are broken.

We had a great brunch to go from Egg Wits in Pensacola! We rode about 20 minutes before eating and it still hit the spot! Very delicious and the perfect serving!

My food was ok. Bacon was good but that's hard to mess up. Eggs were ok, no seasonings. Grits were bland. Not pictured was biscuits and gravy plus Egg Wits Omelet with potatoes hash. The biscuits and gravy was subpar with extra thick, salty gravy over a good biscuit. The omelet looked great but again, bland. Potatoes "hash" was just fried potatoes with no seasoning and nothing ends at all, that's NOT a "hash". One slice of avocade, although fresh was minimal. Toast on both plates were unburnt. Sausage patties were thick but very tough, had good spice but very salty. I would definitely pass. Staff was very friendly. Cafeteria style setting where you order, pay and then sit down and your food is delivered to your table and you refill your drinks on your own. Other reviews must have been on a MUCH better day. Over half our food was left on our plates. Also bleach smell while we were trying to eat which was not pleasant at all. Restroom (women's) was very dirty.

Firstly, first time I've done a self serve restaurant. And that experience was just okay. The food was delicious and flavorful( I had cinnamon and powdered sugar Belgium, and a bacon omelet)My only true complaint is there is so much food, and coffee is regular diner coffeep.s Gouda in grits is a great idea

A self serve breakfast restaurant. Order and pay at the counter and your food is brought to you. You get your drink, condiments and cutlery on your own after you've placed your order. The food that I tried was good. You can run up quite the bill pretty quickly. There is a lot to try. The restaurant was clean. The omlete I got looked fantastic. I would come back and try other things. Worth a visit and comes without the fuss of a full service restaurant.

wanted to try this restaurant, went last Saturday.. arrived at 1:15 sign stated they close at 2:Pm. we walked in... stood a couple feet from counter/ register.. a male was at the register and one off to the side of him. no one spoke.. we waited, I asked after several minutes passed, " are you open" ?? I get a turn of a head from the person at the register.. No.

Quiet place, food was fresh, and served fast. No servers, so you order/pay, and wait for them to bring it out. Baskets and gravy have too much pepper and salty. Biscuits taste pre-packaged. Breakfast skillet was nice size and very good. Coffee was good, just very hot in paper cups.
